I am trying to locate someone in our family that knows are family tree.  My grandfather was Robert Gay Ingersoll , he married Ethel Stone and they had three children: Jean Ingersoll (Holthues),
Patricia Ann Ingersoll (Lieniger) and my father Donald Lee Ingersoll . My father Donald married Sandra Gonter and they have four children:
Roberta Gay Ingersoll (Hoffman), Vickie Jean Ingersoll (Barnhart), Donald Lee Ingersoll II and Teresa Renee Ingersoll (ayers). My grandpa Ingersoll passed away when I was 16..I can get dates if you would like.  But the Ingersoll family that I am born to were from the  lower Michigan area around Hillsdale.  If I am not mistaken my one aunt has worked on our family tree and I am trying to get ahold of her to see how far back she got.   If I can find time I will type it all in a tree and send it to anyone who requests it.  I do know that many many years ago our name was spelled differently and my father is not sure how it was really spelled.
