This is a bit of a sidetrip I believe for you at least, however I noted the two letters you sent out on the Howell and Hart family mailing lists.  The irony here is my father and I have been researching our lineage as well.
My Gr. Gr. Grandfather, Richard Howell married a Catharine Hart in Nova Scotia in 1844.  I do not know if the two lines are your family connections or for someone else, if there is no other realationship between these two names, so be it.  Now, should there be a further relationship and you care to know more about the information we have then drop me a line.  One other bit of
coincidence would be, my fathers name is "David LeRoy Howell" however was born in 1923 or there abouts.
