Melissa - I am attaching a decendency outline report on my Gray line. It is in FTW format and should be easier to open than a GEDCOM.  I forgot to mention that Joel Gray, the one who died in Rome was married to Betsey Ressiguie.  I saw the Ressiguie name on your home page.

Melissa - inre your 22:45 of 11 Jan post.  John Gray and Hanah Lumpkin had sis children ie:: Benjamin (1648), William (1650) who married Rebecca Dillingham,
Mary (ca1653) mar. Benj. Rider,
Edward (ca 1656) mar Priscilla Sparrow,
John, Jr. (1661) married Susannah Clark,
and Gideon.

I decend from William and Rebecca Dillingham through their only son William Gray(ca1692) who mar. Deborah Sears through their son Silas and then Silas's son Edward(1765) mar. Sarah Rowley.

Of particular interest to you may be the fact that Edward and Sarah's son Joel (1790) lived in Onieda Co. and died in Rome in 1873.
