Melissa -- I'm not sure this is any help but I am researching a Drake family that lived in Tioga Co. NY in the early 1800s and one of the sons was a Martin Drake.  The father was Calvin Drake, born in MA. Calvin moved to CT for a while and married Polly _____. The family had at least 2 children in CT before moving to NY. By 1830 they were in Broome Co. NY and later
Tioga Co.(I think the county line mived-not them). This Martin was born around 1837 and i think he was Calvin and Polly's last child.  My interest is in Calvin's oldest daughter, Luna (I think) born c. 1805 in CT. Since I've just recently uncovered this family I don't know much more yet.

Co., Indiana, daughter of WILLIAM OSBURN and MARTHA HILL.
she was born Dec. 19,1841 and died March 28, 1928
 

        Children of MARTIN DRAKE and MATILDA OSBURN are:
2.      i.      MARY JANE2 DRAKE, b. November 15, 1860.
        ii.     ROSA ANN DRAKE, b. February 27, 1862.
        iii.    EUNICE DRAKE, b. April 07, 1866.
        iv.     ALBERT H. DRAKE, b. September 25, 1868.
        v.      LILLIE DRAKE, b. February 20, 1875.
 

Generation No. 2

2.  MARY JANE2 DRAKE (MARTIN1) was born November 15, 1860.  She married
VORHEES THOMPSON.
