Hi, I am also working on the Tweedy's, on your chart, I know the names of some more.....

Robert Blakley, his father is John Blakely b. 1717, Laurens, South Carolina wife...Rachel Orr b. 1721 in Wales or Ireland

Martha Dillon, her father is Daniell Dillon, b. sep 4, 1713 in North Carolina or Ireland, his father is Luke Dillon b. 1680 in Killarney, Ireland.
Daniel's wife is Lydia Hodgson b. 1724 in New Gardens, South Carolina
Luke's wife is Susannah Garrett b. 1684 in Kilkenny, Ireland...

Well I know this is not on the Tweedy's but I hope this will help....
