Hi--So glad I caught your query.  Your Franklin's parents were Rutson Rodman Bullock and Rebecca Hulon Barnes.  One of Rutson's   brothers (there were 10 siblings)  was Albert Gallatin who married Rebecca's sister, Sarah Jane Barnes. Their children:

Lucy Bullock
Ida Bullock
Ella Bullock.m. H. W. Welton

Their c. Charlotte Jane Welton
Charlotte Jane m. Mike J. Engle
Their C. Henry Albert--My father.
and 6 other siblings.

So we are like double cousins so many times removed.  I have found many other relatives on this side. I am doing my Moms side now.  Very difficult, because of Spanish and Native American blood lines.
