Here is the information I have. Elizabeth RICE was d/of Elias
RICE and ???.
Elias' 2nd wife was Jane ROGERS RUBY but we don't know if she was Elias'first
wife and mother of his children (in which case, where was she on the
1820 census and where were her children by Ase RUBY, he d abt 1804, in
1810 census?) or if she was his second wife, in which case who was
his first wife?

VA named Peter. I will delete this as a son to Casper, and list as so to
