That is is what I have Sweetman most came from a
books a bit from a cousin who has  passed on
I sure hope some one out there knows more on this family    I
have my uncle George Sweetmans obits his daughters
7 of them except 2 are listed as Mrs so and so Thanks a lot What were
their names ?
I don't know Michale  of 1790 parents but if they went by English
way of naming I would guess  James   the first born boy named for the
fathers ,father. the next the mothers father Rachel's father may have
been Nicholas , his mother Ann they had no more girls just a guess that
he named first girl after his mom . I have found the naming pattern to
work  if   they came from and had a large family , I have  a sister to
William Vincent of 1782  she would a aunt to  Ann of 1827
Sarah Vincent daug of Samuel and Mary sister to William
           SARAH VINCENT B Aug. 30 1795 Nottingham Eng.   D 1880
Henderson N.C  m Samuel Burr B 1805 Eng.
he Died Abt 1879 Henderson N.C   they were M  Abt 1830 in
England
Well the time is slipping away   I well work on Alice Pinch Dales Abbott next
I feel that no matter who we are we are really all one big family the more I look the more I find that way back there are blood ties to so many. OH yes Susanna Munger  ( Monger) all same family  Susanna gets spelled Susan , Susannah   three ways of spelling each  one has it different way they spell it .( she married Joseph Quick ) Her Father
William Henry Monger  mother Mary ?
his Father was William Henry Monger b 1713 Pen  parents   ?  died about
1788 near Detroit Mic
his wife was Susannah Brodbeck b? D? after her husband  death she
seems to have been lost or at lest no one knows so far were she died
She came have came over to Canada she and husband some of the family
were at Ruddles Fort in 1780
her parents were swiss and came to the States before 1750 her maiden
name is found on Baptismal records in the Upper Peaked Mountain Church
Rockingham  co Vir  After the fall of Fort Ruddles the ones who lived
came to Fort Detroit many came over to Essex co  Now that I have you
pulling out your hair I had better go the dust bunnies are starting to
grow and get nasty,
