this dragon can grant up to +25000 stats and 4000 dollars. can only be wished back to life once and can only make one wish, you can wish to make a move but only one and when wishing only you can get the technique created, if it already exists then upto 3 people can learn it, if making a move stronger a max of 10 ki and e can be taken off and a max of 5% da can be added.
