Created by Lockheed Martin's Skunkworks project, the "Blackbird" is equipped with In(40) rank Stealth systems, sensors, E.C.M.(electronic counter measures), and seats 2. Modified versions can be rented and/or licensed to government sponsored agencies or organizations at a cost of Rm per day. It can be refueled in mid-air.
