The Hovercraft is the only notable mention of the Ground Effect Vehicle. This vehicle is neither fish nor fowl, as it rides on a cushion of air, handles as does an Air type, but goes out of control as an off-road vehicle. Hovercraft move at a maximum Speed of Gd off-road, over broken ground, or in stormy weather.
