Finally Scias appears and powers up and uses Kaioken to get Ubuzic's attention. Vegan is thrown down and Mariel and Gohanks take him to Parash who gets him healed.

Scias easily beats Ubuzic while Vegan is healing. He knew what he was doing when he provoked Ubuzic into almost killing him. Vegan comes back almost full power and much stronger than before, he seems to have figured out the secret of the Saiyan race. Tobushi arrives and Neo launches an assault on him but is easily overwhelmed and almost killed. Vegan comes back to see Tojeiko ready to fight Tobushi. They exchange greetings and Tojeiko is left to fight Tobushi while Vegan finds Falza. The battle rages on with Tojeiko going Kaioken and fighting Tobushi and halfway through Tojeiko has to use a senzu bean because of his rapid ki loss and damage. Tojeiko gets the upper hand and keeps it, he punches through Tobushi. All the warriors feel the sharp drop of a power level. Vegan returns to see Tojeiko just talking to Tobushi giving him mercy. Vegan lands a knee to Tobushi's neck killing him with a smirk.
