A race at one point thought to be the undisputed strongest in the universe. However when the lord Furiza was defeated by Goku, this was all changed. Allowing Saiya-jins to be recognized as the strongest in the universe. They are all over the place in stats. Ranging from low to very high in different areas, making this a difficult race to control and therefore not intended for someone new to RPGs.

When a changeling reaches a PL of 530,000, he is able to transform. Stats raise x2

When the changeling reaches a PL of 13,000,000 he is able to transform. Stats go up by 50%
Form 4
When the changeling reaches a PL of 75,000,000 he is able to transform, stats go up x2.
