The Children of Power Legend
Psionics are the opposite of Magic. Psionic energy is drawn from the mind of a person. Magic is drawn from the forces around us. Psionic energy only needs time to recharge itself, while Magic must be restudied to use again and is limited to the mana of the land as well. These differences have lead to wars between Psionicists and Mages; one what discipline is better. This Legend has a counter part among the Mages. The legend tells of two children that will be born at the same time. One will be born to a small family near a Psionic school; the other will be born in the Magic kingdom of Avoulon. The two children will be the strongest of their race. Each one will show an immense gift in their respective areas of powers. They will have powers at a young age that set them apart from all other children. At the age of two they will begin their training. When they reach the age of fourteen they will kill and then absorb their teachers. From that point on they will seek out "Masters" with the same powers. They will use the powers they absorb to fuel their powers. At the age of twenty-eight they will have killed all their "Masters" and they will fight to see which is the greatest power. They will fight till one falls dead. They will fight in the final plane that is only reachable by them. Two may enter, but only one can leave.
The rest of the Legend is untranslatable by scholars. It was to destroyed before a more permanent record could be made.
