Biography:
Shantel is from Anodor and lived with her mother and father. She lived a happy life, or so people thought. Shantel always kept to herself. She was an only child and a lonely one at that. She didn't quite fit in among children her ages and always did things by herself. Shantel would never had found out she could channel until they day someone teased her. Shantel became so sad, and terribly depressed that suddenly there were some tremors and things catching on fire. When Shantel realized what was going on and became calm again, everything stopped. Unfortunately her parents witnessed what happened and thought that it was her and brought her to the Aes Sedai. Sadly Shantel found out that should could channel, but not at will. She was told she had some type of block, something hindering her from being able to grasp the One Power. Shantel and her parents alike were devasted at the news. Her parents thought it best that she went to train with Aes Sedai. Shantel refused and ran away. A couple of years later, Shantel decided it might be best if she went and trained under Aes Sedai. A lot of things happened when ever she was sad and something not to plesant. She needed answers and so she made her way to where the Aes Sedai did their training.
Shantel spent 8 years training at the Tower. Her block was broken by an unconventional way but it worked and she could channel well. She was strong in Spirit and when she was raised she chose Yellow Ajah. Her talents are in Healing and Warding. She hasn’t bonded a Warder yet but she is looking.
