A wealthy family of Ayenee first opened the Fallen Angels long ago, intending it to be little more than a hobby. An adventurous business venture at the time, the family treated it with only a detached interest. The club was not a success, despite being one of the few StripClubs in Ayenee at the time. The family eventually lost interest, and it was sold on to a merchant trader, who staffed the club with slaves. The industry was becoming more acceptable to the snobbish society, and suffered modest success in its way, But it was not until a young woman - calling herself Venus Mizugucci - began to perform there that the Fallen Angels came into its own. Venus was a slave, bought from the auction along with several other girls. She had no experience on stage, but her talent was obvious – She held the crowds enraptured night after night. The club owners were grateful – exceedingly so in fact – but it is doubtful that she earned her freedom in this way. She did however, earn the affections of one of the club owners, a married businessman. He treated Venus well, and she soon, to her detriment, fell in love with him. Time passed, with the club becoming more and more successful – But Venus grew more worried by the day. She fell pregnant, and could only imagine the scandal such a thing would cause were it to leak out. When her lover found out, He made it perfectly clear that he would stand by his wife. Alone and miserable, Venus fled the Fallen Angels, and the inevitable scandal. She was never heard from again, although rumors and sightings abound. These have dried up over the years, But the legend lives on – Venus gave the Fallen Angels the magical show the crowds loved, and without her it fell to ruin once again. The club remained closed for many years, Nobody having the interest nor the funds to resurrect it. Until Elorian. She made it her mission to gather together the generations of Mizuguccis once again; Uniting them in the legacy that was left to them by Venus. Most Mizugucci's, male and female, had inherited Venus' flair for putting on a performance. Elorian, bringing up both her younger sister Daneihra and adopted daughter Sunny, helped to bring this dream to life. She and Daneihra worked in many clubs as they grew up, refining their talents and earning for themselves a reputation as versatile performers. Many of the places they were forced to work at were less than reputable.. the mass of strip clubs that sprung up in the wake of the Fallen Angels catered for even the most depraved of tastes. Elorian reopened the Fallen Angels, and Mizugucci's from near and far flocked to see their club in all its glory. The club was an almost immediate success, Elorians investment quickly proving a canny one. Dancers of the highest quality graced the stage day and night, hand picked from the hundreds who applied. But tragedy struck again, if in a more subtle form. Elorian too fell in love, marrying a mysterious vampire by the name of Rinard. She was embraced, joining the ranks of the kindred. Whether because of this, or her obvious obligations to her marriage, Elorian's presence became an increasing rarity. Although the club remained, without her influence it seemed to lose much of its glamour – Without a sense of purpose, the varying management fell into disrepute. Eventually, the club was sold again, the family disappearing as quickly as it had appeared. The clubs new owner cared nothing about the strip club. They used the building for a series of business ventures, including a nightclub, brothel and also a youth leisure facility – Much of the interior was gutted by this time, although the building itself remained sturdy. Feeling very much alone, Daneihra Mizugucci was faced with starting life anew. The club and her family were gone, scattered to the four corners of the globe. She took jobs in many other clubs, including the 'Mist StripClub', run by the daunting creature Seth. This was her life, for several years - moving from club to club, romance to romance - But always, in the back of her mind was the dream that their families' legacy might return. She scrimped and saved, until she eventually met up with Cammy, one of the oldest Mizugucci's curviving today. Cammy not only shared much of the family history with Dane, but provided much sponsorship - allowing the club to be reborn, the renovations begun; The club restored to its former glory. Several years later.. The Fallen Angels is again, reborn, this time under the watchful eye of Daneihra, Elorians' baby sister. And the rest? As they say, is history..^_~ |
