Contract of Employment
If you are offered, and accept a position with us, You are required to read through the following terms & conditions of your employment.
1 – Our PolicyWhether the position you have agreed to take up is as a Dancer or Toilet Cleaner, Your services are exclusive to the Fallen Angels, unless expressed permission is obtained from your employer. We at the Fallen Angels reserve the right to suspend or terminate your employment with us if this condition is breached. 2 - SalaryYour salary is relative to your position, negotiable upon signing this contract. Salary is to be agreed upon before the Fallen Angels will accept this contract, regardless of position. Performers will receive a basic wage, which is supplemented by "tips" from Guests, plus any commission the Fallen Angels may offer, depending upon the quality of your performance. 3 – The PerksAs an Employee of the Fallen Angels, You are granted the status of VIP Member, for the term of your employment only. Access to the VIP areas is granted to you, and up to one Guest of your choosing. Employees will also receive a Staff discount on drinks, snacks and other sundries purchased from the bar. Friends & Family of Employees are permitted into the Fallen Angels, but any trouble caused by such individuals may be answerable by the Employee. 4 – FraternizationEmployees are strongly discouraged to fraternize with Guests outside of the Fallen Angels. Any issues resulting from such a situation are subject to our right as Employer, to terminate your contract on these grounds. Employees, Performers in particular, are not advised to allow spouses, partners or otherwise to attend as Guests. A Performer will be successful at the Fallen Angels if He or She projects the image of availability – This is strongly advised. An Employee is responsible for any Guests under their sponsorship, and as such, is responsible for any damages caused by that individual. 5 – PerformersEmployees hired for their entertaining abilities are known as Performers. A Performer is only hired after a member of the management is subject to a preview of their set. After approval, a Performer may begin His or Her term of employment, hours as agreed with your Employer. Failure to meet these hours may result in loss of salary, or in extreme cases termination of employment. In most instances where a reasonable explanation is offered, no penalty is earned. Out Of Character reasons come under this category. 6 – Code of ConductThe Fallen Angels has a reputation built up over many generations, And each Employee is responsible for the integrity of this reputation. It is a common fact that your earnings will suffer as our reputation does, So we advise each individual to conduct themselves with dignity and common sense, as befits their status. 7 – ContactAll Employees, regardless of their status, are required to produce an active email address, for both In Character and Out Of Character communication.
