2) No God Modes! We do not have gods in this game and surely do not need them. All people/characters are highly mortal. They can and will die! If you are afraid to lose and/or afraid to die like most God Mode jerk offs are, then you need to go elsewhere. This game and place requires skill, or truly dedicated players, not poor losers! 3) Death, damage, change, bad situations, and even sex can be found in this game. If any of those are unfitting, then I can only ask that you give this a try. Everything is fair and highly regulated so there should not be a problem. If you still do not trust this, you do not have to continue. There may be another place best suited for you.
4) All people who wish to play and follow the rules and guidelines are welcomed. We understand that some will be new and some will be experienced, but all are equal as players and we are willing to help. If you see that a player needs help with dealing with this game, then by all means assist the person. It makes things so much easier.
5) Be courteous to all. Real life concerns have no meaning here. They can be discussed in to OOC (Out Of Character) room. Real life must not bleed into the game or it will destroy everything. Please don't do this. Real life belongs to real life, not with the characters or the game. If you are found confusing real life with this virtual life, you will be shunned and outcast, even banned from the game. Virtual life is an escape from the sorry, undesirable, and heartless ways of real life, so let's keep it that way.
6) Cheaters never win. Because TS is not as secure as we would like in managing characters, there are ways of cheating the game. I'm keeping it real. For the sake of fun, people are allowed to be one with their characters and therefore can modify them to their liking. This is a game. Just like there are cheaters and cheat codes for video games, there are cheaters and cheat characters. Believe it or not, you will be caught. When you are, just remember what I said in Rule number 2. 7) This is a mature website and game. Honestly we cannot tell who you really are in real life or how old you are, but if you are less than 16 years of age. Please leave for your parents' sake. Don't need to get you in trouble. They could try to sue me, but they can't so grow up! Anyone less than 18 years of age, please be mature and considered the content you will be exposed to. Your parents' still might trip on the issue so play it smart, but you did not hear this from me. Plus you were forewarned and you can show your parents this page in my defense. <<16teen+>>
8) No Auto Hits!!! You should know what this means by reading in 'Game Play.'
9) No Miracles!! People get hurt, they bleed, they fall, and they die. Some last and heal and some don't. Some are smart and seek help or medical assistance, and some cannot afford it. People do not magically heal or recover. We have certain factors that can take care of that, but until then. Act out your condition to the fullest and be creative if not intriguing.
10) Operators have the say so on just about everything. Did you hear me? I said 'just about.' That means that they are not gods. They are people. People make mistakes. Everyone has his or her own perception of things. Someone has got to be wrong. Maybe everyone one is wrong. Bottom line… Op has the say so on everything and must not be disputed. If you feel you must dispute them, do it in a personal chat were no one will see or know what is going on. Be polite and ask the Op to speak with him or her. At that point, they have to listen. Just don't wreck the flow of the game, no matter how unfair things are or how angry you are.
11) No ASSES!!!! Point blank BLAM to the head. You do? You dead. If your character is an ass, then that is acceptable within reasonable means, but any sign of real life added in there then you should remember Rule number 2. Good Bye. If you are not an ASS, then this is gibberish to you. Don't worry about it. Be mature about everything please.
12) OOC knowledge is not IC knowledge and that should not oocur in the game rooms. Doing so will only get you banned. OOC and IC are separate entities. Do not confuse them, or you might be banned.
1) Learn to Role Play in Tetra Star by reading the Setting, the Rules, and how to Role Play. It is best to do it in that order. The last part mentioned could be found in 'Game Play.' Our style of play maybe quite different than what you are used to. This will be a whole new experience for new players.
