Floor 3: In the room north of the Wog nest, the empty looking one that Ark and Ivy point out. ____

Floor 2: In the area right by the nest with Bruton in it...and Halley has to go get it! ____
Floor 3: After rescuing Vanrose, get him, Ark and Ivy on the switch so Halley can go retrieve it from the island he was stuck on. ____
Split Floor: In the chest right by the Vanice nest. ____
Split Floor: After the group reunites, come back here and bring Halley to the point where Ivy and Vanrose first appeared. ____

Floor 2: It's hidden in the northern most room on the level, so visit here while Emmy is still following you to make it easier. ____
Floor 2: Again, while Emmy is following you, make sure she steps in a certain area of the pool in the room with the switch that opens the way to the next level. ____
Split Floor: In a chest located in the topmost corner, north of the second Totus. ____
Floor 4: In the room with nothing but a hidden Zigolas, held in a chest in the corner. ____
Floor 4: Send Halley up the small passageway adjacent to the room that had a Material in a chest. ____
Floor 5: Once you can control Emmy and Ivy, instead of bringing Emmy to the bridge she needs to go across, go the opposite way from where she began to find one. ____

Floor 3: After getting everyone to the area by the exit, weigh down the other plate in the room to open a side alcove, containing a chest with a Material. ____
Floor 4: In the chest near the pressure plate used to stabilize the bridge from Ark's side. ____
Floor 4: Send Halley into the alcove where you hit a switch to stabilize the bridge without the plates. ____

A note on this dungeon. I'm going down the floors in the order that Ark does them. When playing as Doug, he ends up on Floor 5 and goes backwards to Floor 4. You'll probably get the Material on Floor 4 while playing as him, though the one on Floor 5 requires some more people to solve the puzzle to get to it.
Floor 1: Send Halley into the corridor with the switch needed to get to the next floor. ____
Floor 1: In a chest in the corridor opposite the one with the Material Halley searched out. ____
Floor 2: In the chest near the entrance; you should see it after switching back from Doug to Ark. ____
Floor 3: The chest is located in the corridor that opens when the moving platform hits a certain point on its route, the corridor that has the switch that opens the way to the next floor. ____
Floor 4: In a chest next to the Baldan nest in the room with the human and monster floor switches. ____
Floor 5: In the chest located directly south of the Zigolas nest, near the broken bridge. ____

Floor 4: After knocking a Woglog into the hole near its nest, get the chest in the corridor it opens up. ____
Floor 5: Bring Halley into the side room that's next to the pressure plate Teams 2 and 3 were standing on. ____

Floor 3: In the southernmost room, where you hit a switch to open the way to the next floor. ____
Floor 4: It's in the chest near where Claude is trapped. ____
Floor 5: Have Halley search the furthest point of the room opened by the pressure plate next to the broken bridge. ____
