Anyway, it's a parody with a lot of stupidity so don't take it too seriously. Besides, it was an early work of mine. It takes the scenarios of Tales of Destiny, and twists them around. Imagine Rutee as a Pokemon Trainer with an obsession for RPGs and Anime. Well...it's meant to be that way. Plus, it had a sequel to the game that took place a year later and is now rendered defunct with the release of the true sequel that was never translated. This was actually the first soundtrack I ever made, being a two disk set with a few extra songs.

It's the theme song. I wrote the chapters out to be like individual episode, so this plays at the beginning of each. I chose this song cuz it's about not giving up and living life the way you want too. Ok, so I chose it for Rutee cuz I really love her character.
2.Girls Just Want to Have Fun (Cyndi Lauper)
Borderline
Stahn, Rutee, and Mary have just gotten out of the temple and return to Janos's bar. Rutee requests Stahn to come along with them on their journey. She also reveals her Swordian and jokes with him a bit. Lyrically, the song reminds me of Rutee, as she seems to be living a fun-filled life from her cheerful demeanor; making the best of everything.
3.Lost in Emotions (Lisa Lisa)
Ho Ho Ho & a Barrel of Lens
The team has defeated Batista, a pirate and former priest who is stealing Lens from Fitzgald's ships for Lydon. While Leon is interrogating him, Ilene invites Stahn on a date. Rutee, who is jealous, follows along with Mary to see what's up. It's supposed to signify her deep down emotions for Stahn.

A Memorable Day
An encounter with one of Lydon's soldiers brings about a past memory for Mary. While Rutee and Stahn stew in jail, Mary tries to convince Dalis of their past together as husband an wife. It works, and he is wounded protecting her. The song itself signifies how their love was once young and innocent, a long time ago.
5.All Fired Up
Icy Cold Heart
The team infiltrates Phandaria palace to defeat Lydon. After thoroughly pissing off the Swordian Masters, he is killed through Rutee's Tidal Wave. It was chosen for the fast paced beat of the tune, fitting for a battle.
6.Hero (Mariah Carrey)
Icy Cold Heart
After the battle, they all take the Draconis back to Sienegald. Rutee goes missing and when Stahn finds her, she confesses her real need for money to him. The use of this song shows that despite the fact that they didn't wish it, the gang has become heroes for saving the world.
7.Total Eclipse of the Heart (Bonnie Tyler)
Sad Truth
After rescuing Marian, Rutee tells her the truth about what happened to Leon. She then comforts her brother's loved one to the best of her ability before sending the girl back on an escape capsule. I chose this song because it is somber, fitting the mood of death.

Winds of Change
Before going to Helraios to revive Igtenos, Rutee stops in Darilshied in to check on Marian. The women converse, and the young Swordian Mistress is given more insight into the brother she barely knew. The lyrics reflect Marian's strength and how Leon was able to make her a better person.

The team enters Belcrant to kill Hugo. Rutee is drawn forward by the desire to avenge her brother's death. Stepping forward and denying her relationship to Hugo, she casts Maelstrom to end the battle. Again, chosen for the fast paced tune. Plus it's about a young woman who uses the analogy of being a warrior, which is what the gang are.
10.With or Without You (U2)
A Father's Love
Following the battle, Rutee turns her back on Hugo's dying body. He then confesses the truth about her past. Controlled by Berselius's will, he had no choice but to abandon Rutee to save her from enslavement to this cause. As his life slips away, Rutee finally admits that he is her father. She mourns his passing and Stahn comforts her. Chosen for its somber tune to reflect Rutee's feelings over her father's death.
11.Come to my Window (Melissa Ethridge)
Dycroft's Drama
Before the final battle, Rutee goes to drink at the bar for a little. Stahn joins her and discusses everything on her mind so she might find a little comfort. These are Rutee's inner emotions, she wants to be with Stahn but can't come out and tell him.
12.She Bop (Cyndi Lauper)
Dycroft's Drama
Confronting Kronos in Dycroft's control room, they see his plans to revive the Aetherians. Plus, he brings out Leon's reanimated corpse for them to see his full power. A PO'ed Rutee reveals herself to be quite the sorceress by casting Black Hole...as well as give insight into the Katrea Family's past. Just another song used for its fast paced tune.

Rutee sings a song that she wrote herself, a parody of "You Were Meant for Me" by Jewel, after waking up one morning. It sorta chroniclizes her feelings over her dead family and her fears for admitting her love for Stahn.

After breakfast, Rutee goes to work as the new president of Oberon Corporation. Chosen because Mondays are always crazy when you go to work or school, and Rutee is no exception.
3.High on You (Survivor)
Reunion
A monster attacks the team as they survey the town. Its strength is beyond anything they can handle at this point, after a year of inactivity, and a mysterious stranger comes to the rescue. Turns out...it's Leon who miraculously survived the Libra IV incident. Again, a fast paced song for a battle.
4.If You Could Read my Mind (Stars on 54)
Katrina, Cristina's Story
Katrina finally remembers her past and explains it to the Swordian Masters. She turns out to be none other than Rutee's mother. Also...all of the other former Swordian Masters of the last generation are alive. I used it because of the fact that this chapter is spent in Chris's mind and memories for a good portion of it.
5.Never Gonna Say I'm Sorry (Ace of Base)
Rutee's Secret Past
After reuniting with Stahn's dad, Philia's dad, Garr's dad, and Rutee & Leon's dad, the team rests on Swordian Isle before going out to fight Laser. That night, Hugo and Chris tell Rutee a secret from her past stemming from an accident in her childhood. Rutee learns that she can't say she's sorry for the past and who she is, she must move forward; thus this song.
6.Invincible (Pat Benetar)
Last Battle of Truth
Arriving at Laser's fortress, the team learns of her true plans to revive Kronos and return the Aetherians to their former glory. A distraction from Philia and Garr allow Rutee the opportunity to avenge her family's suffering by destroying the sorceress. Fast paced song...you should know the drill by now.
7.Angel Eyes (Ace of Base)
Last Battle of Truth
After the final battle, Rutee goes out to clear her mind and Stahn follows. He then asks her to marry him and she agrees. They share their first kiss. It fits as a sweet and slow romantic song to show two lovers who must take it slow as they open their hearts to one another after so long.

The team returns home and prepare Rutee and Stahn's wedding. Marian catches the bouquet and Stahn tosses the girdle on Leon's head just for the fun of it cuz he knew Rutee'd get a kick out of it. During cake, Leon tries to smash some in his sister's face for revenge and the siblings fight again. Chosen again for the romantic undertones that would be perfect for a wedding.
