West Kai will have you run around his planet 1,000 times with weighted leg bags until you can beat the time of 2 minutes. Adds 3,000 to Speed and Powerlevel. (Can receive everyday training points). Takes 3 days to accomplish.
Speed Training
Pleased at your first accomplishment... West Kai will then take off the weighted bags and command you to run around his planet 5,000 times and beat the original time you had in the first training. Adds 3,000 extra to your extra points. (Can receive daily training points). Takes 3 days to accomplish
After accomplishing these insane
tasks you can train with West Kai himself. He will teach you the technique Hyper
Tornado Attack. This will take 8 days to learn. After learning Hyper
Tornado Attack he will then teach you the very powerful..thunder
Flash Attack. This will take 10 days to learn. Must be good hearted
