South Kaio will give you a choice of which stat you would like to work on..either Powerlevel, Defense or Ki. For the stat that you choose you will have to put your hand on South Kai's back and meditate. Adds 5,000 to the chosen stat. Meditation takes 6 days
After getting an upgrade from South Kai you may learn his technique Southern Eclipse. Must be Good Hearted 4. Takes 10 days to learn.
