Note: Each Element is coloured by Aspect - Yellow (Lightning), Black (Shadow), Red (Fire), Blue (Water/Ice), and Green (Earth/Wind). A coloured Grid Rank means that that Element must be equipped by a character with the indicated Innate Aspect. Characters are also coloured by their Innate Aspect.

"?????" is the only moveable Technique in the game; that is, it can be allocated to any character. Its sole purpose is to cause one of several status-effects depending on who's using it, as follows:
