Bio: Nikira left home at a very early age. Shi never really got along with hir parents; they had trouble dealing with the concept of a hermaphroditic kitten. When shi left, shi pilfered the two things shi'd been training with the most: A somewhat large and ornate sword, and an old masterwork violin that was still in near-perfect shape. Shi subsisted for a while on a combination of playing on the street for donations - shi was already quite good by that point; shi learned very quickly - and stealing occasional bits of food or change. But eventually shi grew tired of civilization altogether and left for the woodland, quickly learning to hunt and fend for hirself.
When shi was 11 years old, shi ran into a young tigress named Felicity, another herm a bit younger than hirself. They hit it off in a big way, quickly becoming friends and then mates at what most would consider an absurdly young age; but since they'd both had to fend for themselves almost since the beginning, they had both matured very quickly.
A couple years further down the road, Felicity found a fox named Kit - half-starved, beaten to a pulp, and deathly ill. He'd escaped from slavery under some sort of wizard or demon a few days before, but had no idea how to survive in the wilderness, and remembered virtually nothing beyond his own name. Bare weeks after that, Niki was nearly run over by a vixen named Celes as she escaped from a school of magic that used mind-control to get their students to do...whatever they wanted. Kit's emotional growth had been sadly stunted by his ordeals and Celes had been artificially aged, likely so that someone could get more pleasure out of her; because the other two were so much more mature than their age warranted, they all agreed that the best arrangement would be for the foxen to become Niki's and Lissy's cubs.
The people hunting Celes never returned to their master.
