Who is Raucous Steelshaper?

I was born Raucous Steelshaper, son of the battleforger Kendrick Steelshaper and a dancer. That's the only thing I know about my mother. Sad ain't it? I've asked my father about her lots of times, only to be met with silence.
We never got along well, my father and I. He wanted me to become like him, a blacksmith, but I have no love for tinkering with lifeless steel. He wanted me to train my durability, but the prospect of getting hit is not very appealing to me. I want to be fast. My father doesn't.
Every day, I would wake up to the sound of a hammer pounding steel. Every day, my father would be hunched over molten iron, mixing the perfect combination of elements to create the perfect weapon. Every day, I would ask him a question, and he ignores me every single day. A grunt at most.
I got fed up. One midnight, I crept out of the house and sneaked inside his workshop. I stole a set of damasci he recently forged and sped out to the night. From Geffen, I started my trek towards Morroc. I battled monsters along the way, trained myself to become as agile as possible. By the time I got to Morroc, I was experienced enough to become promoted to a thief. And a thief I became.
