To get to the non-aol gravity room click enter then scroll down untill you find the chat gravity room.
You must record youre training data on the fourm! Make a post of ow long you trained, the gravity level and who you are and youre e-mail.
To train you go to an area below, and you traing like this here is an example.

::turns on the gravity mechine to 20x::
::dose sit-ups::
::runs in circles around the room::
::punches punching bag::
::calls it a day a leaves the area::
also please make sure to post if you have training add-on itmes, and waht effects they have!
make sure you are acepting pop-ups or you cannot enter thses rooms..
