Earth Dragonball Quests:Must be on Earth. The weaker of all the Dragonballs. Originally made by Kami, protecter of the Earth, but was forced to be remade by Dende, new Protecter of the Earth. Dende's set of Dragonballs are a bit weaker than Kami's set but allows two wishes instead of one. These balls can only affect events that have occured in the last year (So, no, you cannot bring back Planet Vegeta).
