
Buckler: Bucklers are normally small shields, about a hand span wide. Usually made of wooden planks with a outer layer of metal riveted around it, a raised dome of metal helping to deflect weapons.

Round shield: Round shields are slightly bigger bucklers. Having about a two foot wide span, the same raised dome of metal riveted in the middle along with the outer laying metal that reinforces the wood of the shield.

Large shield: Large shields are normally made of fordge metal shaped into a square that would be large enough to cover from the shoulder to the waist of the one who dons it.

Tower Shield: Tower Shields are large shields that are usually in a rectangle shape. Normally four feet tall and two feet wide. They are either made with wooden planks or totally out of metal. This shield is normally used for heavy infantry, very effective against arrows but slow and hard to move quickly.
