The Axe Rack

Many axes stand here, some hung on hooks and pegs. All of the heads gleaming and keen. The wooden handles finely carved and wrapped in fine leather.

Battle Axe: The battle axe has a large and heavy blade, great for doing it's job, cleaving. The short handle allows the wielder better control of the blade, but lesser cutting power, though the weight of the blade balances that out greatly.

Dual bitted axe: Dual bitted axes have two blades on each side instead of one. These are normally wielded with two hands. The dual bit is normally swung in one direction then back in the opposite direction it's swung, using both bits effectively.

Hand axe: The hand axe is a smaller axe normally used for chopping wood and clearing brush. Though it is known to be carried into battle by smaller beings such as goblins.

Great Axe: The great axe is like the great sword. Needing two hands to be wielded correctly. The weight of the blade it's self is massive though gives it mighty chopping power.
