Background: Kyle Vulcan was just your average cop with extremely talented abilities.  His quick rise to popularity among the other police officers soon caught the attention of his Captain.  One day Kyle was called into his office and presented him with a special assignment: The apprehension of Teio Nethis, a vicious criminal who fled into a deep part of the galaxy.  Using the Earth's technology, Kyle was sent after the killer, who was last seen on a very distant planet called Verosha.  Once he arrived, he began tailing Nethis until he finally caught up with him.  Needless to say, a fierce battle between the officer and the killer ensued.  Somewhere along the line though, Kyle found that Teio was being used, so he then took up arms with his former enemy and brought the person using Teio to justice.  After this, Kyle bid Teio and the other people he had befriended on Verosha goodbye, and returned to planet Earth, where he received the highest medal of honor for his efforts, not only in his apprehension of a criminal, but for his role in the protection of the Jumi race.  Kyle then took a long needed vacation, finally proposing to his girlfriend, Rosemary.  They were married 3 months later.  Not long after that, Kyle's first child was born, a girl they named Serenity.  Fast forward 1 year in time: Kyle was by then promoted to Commander-in-chief of the newly established Earth Galaxy Police Force, which had been founded to try and keep order in the other parts of space that were out of the planet's jurisdiction.  Though it was difficult, Kyle was able to do double duty: being a police officer and a husband/father at the same time.  Now Kyle has received another mission: to go to Expel and perform a routine inspection of the planet.  However, he will soon discover that it will be anything except that.  This mission may be even more difficult than the Verosha campaign.
