Slow to anger, he does expect his ‘students’ to pay attention to not only what he says, but what he leaves unsaid. Loves the ladies. Does the social rounds as much as possible. Treats everyone in public as if they were his friends.
As one of the European Conclave's Enforcers, Richard enjoys the hunt and the kill. He has a great deal of patience for teaching but won’t put up with plain stupidity. He can be quite bloodthirsty and enjoys cockfights, bullfights, bearbaiting.

HISTORY: Not a lot is known about Richard’s background, but it is believed he rose up from the ranks from the peasant class, though he acts like he’s never known hardship in his life or death. He’s intelligent, throws money around like it grows on trees but never seems without nice things. No religious belief. Staunch Englishman. Hobbies are going to cockfights and dogfights. Fences for pleasure.
As an Enforcer of long standing, he has trained his share of newcomers for the Conclave. This includes Vikki and Lee.
