Name: Elven- Aratharma, Orc- Golkrut the abominable

Sex/Orientation: Was once female, but as an Orc is more androgynous/ she doesn't really have a preference.

Race/Allegiance: Elf turned Orc, her allegiance is to Sauron because she has no choice.

Physical Description: As an Elf- Was born in darkness of the water and stars. Her eyes are crystal blue and her hair raven black. Skin of white porcelain radiating the light of the stars. She was svelte and nearly 6 feet tall. As an Orc- After being twisted by Melkor's words and hatred in the bowels of the earth she has lost her elven beauty. Now her flesh is gray and her raven hair matted. She has stooped and her bones were bent so that she now stands knotted at about 5'6". Her body is still lean though scared. Though her body has been twisted with hatred, a bit of what she once was remains in her eyes.

Weapon(s) of Choice: Bow, short sword, and teeth.

History: Aratharma was of the first born. Coming to life the first sound she heard was the rushing of water. The first light that filled her eyes was that of the stars of Varda. She lived with her kindred sheltered in the valley. Her greatest love was for the trees, and her brother Enathradion.

When her beloved brother left on a hunting party and never returned - she went in search of him. She was taken by a dark rider to the fortress of Utumno where she was imprisoned and tortured by Melkor.

She found her brother there, and he too was mutilated into an Orc. But, Aratharma could not bear to see him suffer and took his life.

She along with the other Orcs are filled with hatred to the dark Lord for what he took from them. He stole their lives, their freedom, their faces and their souls.

Many of the first died of grief or were slain in conflicts with the later generations. Yet Aratharma survived. She became known as Golkrut the Abominable due to her fierceness in battle and her will to survive. In her heart burns an intense hatred of what Melkor made her into. Everything she loved she has been forced to destroy.

She currently serves Sauron and Saruman. Once a fair magical creature in tune with Arda, her hatred of Sauron's master has tied her to him. Though her sense of humor remains.

Relationships: All that she once knew have passed on. Her family and companions are long dead to grief in the darkness they were confined. Other Orcs avoid her as they fear her. Even her children.

Objective: To survive and have vengeance.

Other: While an elf Aratharma had magical healing powers. Even as an Orc they remained, but she keeps these abilities hidden, and feigns the loss of her elven abilities to her superiors.
