Omnicorps - an EVE Online Corporation
Welcome to Omnicorps! This is our bulletin board for the sharing of information. As we grow, so will our website, but for now, I will post pertinent information here.
Loans:
With our limited resources, loans will not be for very much, but I will do my best to fulfill the needs of our members. All loans will incur 10% interest. As of right now, only myself and Ayrlyn are authorized to approve a loan. All loans will be issued from corporate funds.
Recruiting:
We currently have no policy on the type of people we are looking to recruit. We need bodies!
Leadership:
As we grow, we'll start assigning leadership roles to those who have proven their dedication to the company. First come, first served will not be a part of who we are. All leadership roles will be earned through action, which means that at any time a leader can be replaced.
Philosophy:
As a casually minded company, we're not looking to take over your life. We understand your life comes before this game. As a general member, you will have the support of the company to help you attain whatever goals you are trying to fulfill, with no obligation beside the basic taxes imposed by the company.
Leadership will be a different issue, requiring more effort and time spent on the part of the leader. We will expect certain things, but certainly nothing more than is reasonable. Leaders will be expected to produce results, however, and when they aren't they will be replaced.
We are striving to attract a group of intelligent adults who value the group effort over personal gain. By no means are we expecting you to spend all of your time serving the company, but any contributions you can afford are appreciated. Remember, the more you do for the company, the more it can do for you!
