Each of the shops are owned by a different shop owner,so you must go to yahoo chat to see if there shop is open.You must purchase you items from the owner,as in talk with them in chat.This is for 3 reasons you must purchase from a live person.One to make sure the item is really purchased.Two to haggle if you wish too,and if you can.Three to see if they items is in stock.
There are twenty main shops to begin with in this world,but that does not mean that i shop can not be built.If you have the gold to build ,and supply your own shop i am sure you can.

If you are a silverflame the antarian shop keepers will not help you with purchasing of items,because they will not take away from the Silverflame business unless Lady Star SilverFlames says you can.
