Welcome to the Code of the SilverFlame Law.Here with in this page you will find all the laws.This laws are Binding,and absolute.:
The Law:
1.The gods,and goddess of this world.They can never harm a mortal,nor can they intefer with mortals what so ever.The Gods and Goddess may advise but that is all.
2.Murder:if you are convicted of murder.You shall be put to death.Murder is defined as the slaughter of the innocent or the defenseless.this does not include combat,between to capable warriors,and such.
3.Perjury:He/She who lies under oath,and get someone convicted.Then it is proven the person has lied.The liar shall suffer the same fate as the accused.
4.Theft:If a person is caught,and convicted of this.The thief shall lose one hand for the first offense,the second hand for the second offense.The head for the third offense.
5.every citizen of the silverflame world.they have the right to free speech.
6.Slavery:This is outlawed on the world of the SilverFlame.Anyone caught owning a slave will be executed.
7.Freedom of Choice:everyone who is of the SilverFlame world.They have freedom of choice to be who they are.They can never be forced to do something,that they do not wish to do.
8.Rape:any persons caught,and convicted of rape.shall lose there manhood instantly.
9.Every person on the SilverFlame world has the right to a jury trial.
10.Every being on the Silverflame World.They have the right to a fair and impartial trial.
11.You can never convict on circumstantial evidence.The evidence must be solid enough.That the conviction is made without reasonable doubt.
12.Treason:this is defind as doing something to undermind the state as a whole.LIke giving information to the enemy.That leads to defeat,or a breach of security of the traitors homeland.This carries the penalty of death.
13.Spying:anyone who is caught as a spy,and he is convicted for espionage.The spy will be automatically executed.
14.You have the right not to pay more then five percent in taxes.This means the state can not force you to pay more then five percent of your income.They only exception to this is in time of war.Then the state can raise it to seven percent,but this seven percent.this can only last for the duration of the war.then it must be reverted back to five percent.
15.The Council:The world of the Silverflames are ruled by a council.So that no one Person has complete power.This prevents from Rulers,becomes corrupt.Sure rulers rule their kingdoms,but they have to answer to the council if they are being unfair.
16.You have the right to council(an attorney for your defense.)
17.Any citizen of the SilverFlame world can run for a council seat.
18.Any citizen has the right to life,liberty,and the persuit of happiness,as long as they do not trample on the rights of others.
19.Cowardice:this is defined as running ,or fleaing from combat in time of war.this is if you live your comrads in war to die,and you are hiding.this carries the death penalty.
20.desertion:this is the act of leaving your post in time of war.this carries either life in prisonment,or the death penalty.
21.service:Any able bodied man or woman.Must join the military in time of war,and serve at least two years in defense of their nation.
22.Lordships:any person who gain the level,and the wealth may become a lord,or a lady.this is not who is liked ,and who is not.this is fairly based on how you advance in level,and in wealth.
23.property:Anyone who gains the wealth can own lands,and such.lands are not given they are bought.
24.citizenship:If you are born on the silverflame world.you are automatically a citizen.if you are not born of the silverflame world,then you must gain citizenship through the council.
25.realms:you must have at least three hundred thousand acres in lands.to be considered as a realm,but anyone with the wealth can have their own realm.they can rule it as they see fit ,as long is it is under the laws of the silverflame world.
note:these laws are only effective if you are caught breaking them,and if everyone who is of the council are willing to inforce them.
