| The Official Jack Stone Web Page |
This is the website that is dedicated to a small movie series that my friend has been working on. It started as just a fun project between friends, we didn't even think we would finish; there was no schedule, budget, or even script, we made it up as we went along. After the production of the first movie, we got in gear for the second, and started shooting. Eventually, after the release of the two on video tape, we started production on the third and final installment in the saga. It will probably be finished this summer. If you want to know how you can get a hold of the movie yourself, e-mail John (the site and movie director). There are even sample video clips on the web page if you are unsure whether you want to buy it. rating: **** |
| Internet Gaming Network | This is by far the best gaming site I've seen. They
have reviews, previews, and ratings of games. They also even have
videos of games, they take a look at all consoles, and aren't prejudice
against any console or desktop. It is well worth signing up for their
news letter if you are into gaming. They have several syndicates, each
dedicated to game platforms: The site also contains walkthroughs of almost all of the games out there, it doesn't matter which platform it is on. The site doesn't stop there, though, it also deals with the hardware of the systems; heck, you can even buy them there rating: ***** |
| NitroClicks | This is a neat site, but be warned, this some of these
things you might not want to do. This site pays you for signing up for
things on the internet. I haven't gotten paid yet, because it only
pays you when you earn up to $500, and that takes a while (I've been doing
this for about two months) each thing you sign up for takes, on average,
only about a couple of minutes. You average $4-$5 for each task, so it
eventually adds up. If you don't like not knowing where your personal information goes, I wouldn't sign up for this, and even if you do, I would recommend not signing up for anything that wants you to send in your social security number (just to be safe). Well, with that over, I think this is good pay for something really easy. The best way, I think, to sign up for this is to go to a place like hotmail or yahoo, and make an account just for the junk mail; this way it doesn't clog up your main e-mail account. rating: *** |
| Death From Above | This website is run by, the linux gurus, my brother Brian and his roomate Evan. It not only includes links to other sites, stuff about them and news, but also a search tool that lets you run a search on the most popular engines from their site. Faint of heart should not enter this site, lol. rating: ****½ |
| Dean The Bean | This website was created by my younger brother, Dean. He isn't too experienced in web design, but was the person that introduced me to angelfire web hosting, so I have to give him that. there is a shortcut to his website through another site, but neither he or I can remember the shortened site name. This site is based mainly on Pokemon, but he says that he will add stuff for his favorite game, the Sims. right now this site is pretty lame, although, it does have some emulators to let you play Game Boy, and Game Boy Color games.
