There has been an out cry by the people for a shot gun that will make a good
back up weapon with out depleting resources, dependable, light weight, and small
the Dragon Slayer one of the few guns to fill this role.
>>> Why’d they call it the dragon slayer? Barely cap a Wendigo,
won’t even scratch a dragon!!>> -Trophy Hunter
>>> Originally it was going to be marketed as the perfect match for
Big D’s Temper, but they couldn’t keep the barrel from melting,
and Big D’s Temper is about as rare the Dragons themselves.>>>
-Stat Man
>>> A bit pricey a back up weapon. For 500 less I can pick up a Room
Sweeper, get a bigger clip size, and a faster firing rate.<<< -Chica
with a gun
>>> I don’t know. The lack of ammo capability does suck, but
that’s a lot of punch. The major advantage of this baby over a Room Sweeper
is the fact you can use slugs if the opposition is in anything harder than aluminum
foil<<< -Urbano
Bobcat Con6 Ammo10(c)/50(d) Mode BF Dam 8S kg 3.25 cost$2465 SI2 Avail8/7days
The Bobcat combat shotgun was originally marketed to police as a riot control
tool. It wasn’t accepted. It was marketed to the military as a close range
combat shotgun. It wasn’t accepted. It was marketed to corp security as
a combat shot gun. It of course wasn’t accepted. Why? The maker, Fabrique
national, couldn’t mass produce them easily and they carry a large price
tag. Several thousand were made, and the design was sold to MET. MET has begun
producing these weapons for its own units, though they can be bought by the
general populace.
>>>
Sub-machine guns (S.M.G.’s) have become a mainstay of NCO and auxiliary
troops. They are favored by corporate strike teams and police because they are
light but provide a very good concentration of fire power. The SMG runs the
gauntlet from inaccurate but cheap bullet sprayers to highly accurate cutting
edge killing weapons.

An improvement of the existing Uzi design, this more costly model can fire a
full auto suppression field. Perfect for those who want to be more heavily armed
than average gutter trash but not look like they are packing more.
>>>Yeah this is a good option. Ha who am I kidding, get an Ingram smart
gun.<<< -Flanker
>>>Good idea but too costly. The Uzi III design is perfectly good by
itself.<<< -Aramil
These special weapons break the mold. Most have been designed for very specific tasks. As the sixth world continues to throw unexpected situations at us this section will be expanded to meet and beat each one.

With the awakening came a whole new breed of trouble. Vampires, Ghouls, Shape
shifters, and many more types of paranormals will quake with fear when the see
this gun in action. A UV light has been mounted on top to scare and harm Ghouls,
and Vampires. The stakes themselves are a silver titanium mixture though they
are hollow point and filled with sawdust. Even the largest shape shifter will
be caught in a rock and a hard place when hit with a few of these. When combat
gets close the silver bayonet made of the same mixture as the stakes will serve
you well.
>>>How much of a market does this gun have? I wouldn’t pay thirteen
hundred for this. Even if I could find the thing.<<< -Urbano
>>>This is a gift from god!!! Oh man I can’t wait to use one
these things! Thirteen hundred a great price!<<< -Trophy Hunter
>>>I’ve had it used on me. This really hurt! Got the fragger
who used it though. I would like to warn everyone. Silver stakes are just as
effective as normal ones against ghouls. They hurt but aren’t deadly.
Pumping them full of lead is much more effective and cost efficient. I’m
one of the mutated, I know.<<< -Nolat Strife
Hand guns are by far the most common weapon. They have applications in every field. They are a good cost saving back up weapon. They are light enough not to encumber infantry. Law enforcement swears by them. They also provide a cheap, reliable, and concealable weapon for deniable assets.

This Hand Gun version of the Uzi uses the same rounds as its sub machine gun

made of ultra light weight materials to become one of the lightest pistols in
its class.
>>>Frag them. I would rather have a Predator. They have much better
stopping power.<<< -Flanker
>>>This gun is under testing with security forces from various corps,
unless there is a major flaw in the design I think it’ll become the back
up for most SWAT and HTR teams.<<< -Stat man

submachine gun round (CSM) so bullets can be interchanged between almost all
submachine guns.<<< -ASP

Carbines are a fast emerging field of firearms. They combine the range and stopping power of a rifle while giving selective fire to give some SF ability to your average soldier/security/shadowrunner. Right now they are for the top end only, but innovations like the Thompson II should soon become the norm, not the exception. This field has also seen the most innovation when dealing with barrel jump and recoil. These techniques will soon revolutionize high end Assualt rifles and even heavier weapons.
Jack Hammer con 3 SA/BF 9(m) 9S RC 4(+1) Kg 6.25 SI 1 Avail 10/1 wk Cost 3250$
The Startech Arms agency created the first high powered carbine on the market;
which it has already cornered a market. The gun packs enough punch to knock
down all but the heaviest of armor. The gun has remarkable balance and control.
You’ll love this gun if you need power and don’t worry about authorities.
>>> Jeez this gun should be able to punch through lightly armored vehicles.<<<
-Flanker
>>> Yeah I’ve used them. Less recoil than some assault rifles
I’ve used. When you do feel some kick (and you do if you sustain fire
for a few bursts) the gun goes wild however.<<< -Urbano
>>> Once again too much dinero to be worth it. Small clip ain’t
helping it in my book either.<<< -Cerberus
>>> Try it as a sniper rifle, no kick on a single burst, its like a
3 for 1 sale on armored targets, try putting a sound suppressor on this baby
(you can do that ya know) then have a friend record it. Silence…then the
marks body guards scream like little girls. It’s great, and a good sniper
can drop a target from a click away with this machine.<<< -Fortune

Because of the need for an effective carbine for close combat, the people at
Avon Arms beat Startech to high powered gold. The Fire Storm has enough of a
clip to last through even the most brutal fire fight. The cost isn’t much
higher than the Jack Hammer.
>>> Both guns use the exact same recoil system. It leaves the barrel
free for further customization. The main problem is the cost.<<< -Stat

Ares has heard the cry of the people and listened. They looked at the old design
of the original Tommy gun and redesigned it. Whether you need a fearsome weapon

made for you!
>>> Wow, I would yarf all over the place but the gun is so pretty.<<<
-Cerberus
>>> It lacks the recoil comp. of the other models on the market. The
price is great. A few mod’s here and there and this would replace my AK-97.<<<
-Urbano
>>> Nice toy, I would rather one of the high cost ones because of the
built in stuff, but this is a good improvisation if you can’t afford the
Jack Hammer.<<< -Fortune
>>> Why doesn’t the Mafia and Yaks use them now? I’ve seen
all the different flat vids about the early twentieth century. Seems like they
were good then and now, why no tommy guns in the family?<<< -Da Fan

stopped by da Star. The Yaks or Rings or Triads can take our territory. These
toys are for high profile drek, not average events.<<< -Fortune

Cyanide rounds Cost 500/10$ Avail 14/3wks
This is the ultimate weapon for the urban killer. These are normal hollow point
rounds filled with cyanide. Their high cost is offset by the effective ability
these small pieces of lead have shown.
(Treat as normal hollow points. If damage is done apply and additional 7D from
the cyanide.)
>>>That’s sick!!!!! How can drek like this exist?<<<
-Urbano
>>>What I think is sick is you people! First you drool over a carbine
because of how well it KILLS, then you talk about how sick killing people is!<<<
-Hardline
>>> Well kid, you’re right, we’re sick. We kill, steal,
and almost anything else for money. Try to think of this way when a gun/explosive/poison/anything
else is called sick it means that person is scared of that thing. So yes we’re
all sick, every last one of us.<<< -Fortune

Bingo gun factories have taken the magazine lips from every gun on the market.
They have extended the clip to the maximum and now market the Max Clips.

thing larger a drum is much cheaper and just as effective.<<< -Aramil
>>>Why would anyone need 50 light pistol rounds?<<< -Cerberus
The rifle adds range and power together to make an unbeatable combination. Used since the earliest days of fire arms, among conscripts these rifles were replaced by assault rifles a century ago but snipers and other recon units still live and die by them.

Designed for Saeder Krupp troops this rifle has seen use by snipers in several
skirmishes between the Saeder Krupp corporate army and the anarchist forces
in the unstable area. It was designed for the urban environment. The range has
been reduced but so has the profile and weight. The P-model was designed for
paratroopers but has been recently used to replace all Hunter M-range models.
>>>Yep the shadows have seen truck loads of these things hit the streets.
The bullpup configuration is well balanced. I’m surprised the Star hasn’t
been on the buy, I’m sure there snipers would love these things.<<<
-Street Shark
>>>Don’t give the Star ideas! An interesting note: In UCAS, Cal
Free State, and CAS law this thing is classified as a sport rifle. This thing
doesn’t have the stopping power of a Walther MA-2100, so be careful security
armor will do a pretty good job of flattening the slugs. That’s probably
why SK dumped them for a stronger gun<<< -Stat Man

This weapon is built by Bingo Gun Factory (A privately owned factory somewhere
in the North American Mid-west.) This is by far the cheapest sniper rifle on
the market. It’s very reliable, and the company is willing to replace
any one that has problems firing no questions asked.
>>>An interesting note; by no questions asked they include identity
and license. Meaning your gun jams they’ll replace it no matter who you
are. <<< -Stat man
>>>Personally I hate betting it all on one shot and that is what you
have to do with this gun. <<< -Fortune
>>>MET actually uses them to train there snipers. I’ve never
heard of them using this bang-bang on missions. <<< -Stat man
Assault rifles have become the bread and butter of infantry, and more rural HTR teams. Most assault rifles featured here are top end, using new and innovative techniques. This section will also host various in between weapons like Light Support Weapons (LSW) and Squad Automatic Weapons (SAW.) Though these weapons are too weak for most GPMG roles they do provide mobile SF capabilities and have seen wide spread use. LSW and SAW are a compromise between power and mobility worth looking at.

(Cannot except any accessories except an internal smart gun. This weapon is
a high velocity assault rifle it fires a maximum of 18rds and a minimum of 6rds.)
When we looked for an SAW for our squads we stumbled upon this find and have
been thoroughly impressed. Made by a little known Spanish company Sabra this
gun will fulfill any needs that cannot be met by a standard assault rifle.
>>>This gun has some major kick because it fires so fraggin’
fast. The system is ingenious but a SF can become a problem sometimes.<<<
-Cerebus
>>>The beauty of this weapon over an LMG is LSW and SAW save money
on training. Your average conscript needs very little extra training before
they can use them.<<< -Stat man
>>>An average runner has no need for these. They are rarer than some
LMG’s and pack much less punch. I’ve heard of them used though,
and I’ve heard that they fulfill SF roles when used against civilian and
standard security personnel.<<< -Cougar

Built by Omega Rising Industries it was plagued by problems early on the gun
was redesigned before marketed. This gun was created to conform corporate security
forces weaponry. Studies have shown security forces if confronted will use full-auto
or selective fire even if ordered against it. This gun was created to deny them
that ability. The size and weight of the rifle also adds confidence to the person
using it.
>>>How much of a market is there for this? I mean how many runners
want to trade in there AK-97’s for a semi-auto rifle?<<< -Cyric
>>>Lone Star and Knight Errant have passed both models up. NYPD Inc.
is still reviewing the black model but has rejected the blue, Cerberus securities
are currently using the blue model, and various smaller corps’ have given
the blue model the green light. <<< -OSP

than the blue on the streets. What happened some one sell the whole line to
runners? <<< -Cerberus
>>>It’s a strike team gun that was rejected by everyone. Well
a lack of buyers meant that they took up un-needed space in warehouses, lightly
guarded warehouses. I’ve heard rumors that 90% of the assembly line makes
it to the streets in perfect condition. It wouldn’t surprise me if Omega
Rising was selling them straight to the shadows and then collecting insurance
money. <<< -Lighting
