The Academy's new boy

Shariel Arjun

Shariel: ::Shariel is sitting in the garden, down on the grass. A book is on her knees and she is reading it carefully::

Arjun: :walking out of the place where he has been staying at since he arrived, he headed over toward the garden to sit down and look over the exam again that he had gotten from Zaphikel-Sama to see if he could become an Archangel again:

Shariel: ::suddenly she throws the book across the grass:: aaaawwwwwwwwwwww............::she falls to her back and covers her face with her hands:: I'll never make it!!!!

Arjun: :not really watching where he was going for he was trying to read the paper and think of what answers to place, he just hears you complain about something and comes over to you. Surprised to see a girl in so long even with the aspects of the one angel already here, he stops and looks down to you: ...Are.. are you all right...?

Shariel: No! Of course not! I'll never learn that!! ::she looks up at you with desperate eyes::

Arjun: :with questioning eyes he looks down to you for a moment and then over to the book a few feet away; walking over to pick up the book and look at the title a moment, he looks back to you: You trying to study for the exam as well?... to become an archangel?

Shariel: No, I wish I was...I'm not even an Angel....I'm preparing for the exam for the Angels. But I'll never make it....::she sighs. Her long blond her falls down over her back. She sitill looks at you:: Are you trying to become an Archangel?

Arjun: :hearing your question and then glancing at his test paper a moment: <short snicker> Yeah... I'm gonna try even though I've only been here a few days.

Shariel: ::looks at you in surprise:: Huh? Only a few days?

Arjun: :nodding lightly: Yeah.. spent many years down in Hell.. excaped a few days back, got trailed by the Great Seven and now I'm here in Atziluth... but I want to become an archangel again like I was before.

Shariel: Sounds strange.....and when you are an Archangel, what then? ::she looks at you, really intersted::

Arjun: well.. do some work for the higher-ups, learn what I can, and then take some more exams to see if I might enter a higher Choir or not.

Shariel: Hey, sit with me for a while.....I'm Shariel.........::she smiles at you and points at a place on the grass next to her::

Arjun: :folding his exam up and putting it into his back pocket, he smiles lightly to you, and sits down next to you: Great to meet ya.. I'm Arjun-Kun.

Shariel: Hi Arjun....it's funny that you introcue yourself as Arjun-kun....usually we do use the suffixes with others not with our own names....::snickers:: They do call me Shari-chan.....

Arjun: :snickering lightly: well.. I'm still learning here and there.. when I was in Hell all those counless years, I'll say.. I was in a way brainwashed so I'm remembering things slowly here and there. :smiles to you as he sits back on his hands and crossing his legs at the ankels out in front of him:

Shariel: So....Hell, huh? What is it like to be in Hell? ::her eyes are soft  and her smile is warm::

Arjun: :looking to you for a moment he lowers his head and turns it slightly away for a time, but then looks back to you: Well... you know of the Mid-Air Corridor right? Take that place and almost make what happens there ten fold in some cases. Besides that well.. it very hot and unclean, no sun light, no singing birds, and at all hours you hear blood curtling screams from the human's souls that were damned there for sinning or something of that matter.

Shariel: Well, I'm happy I heard only about the Corridor.....but what you tell sounds really bad...::she shivers::

Arjun: :nodding lightly with a slight smile: You don't want to be there even for a short time, I'd rather have my wings clipped then to go back down there, that's for sure.

Shariel: Don't say such a thing!! Without your wings, you'd start to rot while your still alive and you'd turn into a ghoul!!! Forever!!! :.she stares at you with fear in her eyes::

Arjun: :with a moment he holds up his hand a moment as to comfort you: I know of a way to do it where that would not happen.. I've seen mortals do it to birds that they keep as pets. Up in the Corridor they take your whole wing that's when the 'rotting' happens... but I know how to get around that part to where you still have your wings but well.. ya just can't fly then... at least all too well.

Shariel: I've heard about that. But to everything that would hurt my wings sounds horrible!!! ::she again shivers, then looks at you:: Did you already pick a higher Choir you'd like to join?

Arjun: :letting the matter go, he wasn't gonna explain that he had already done it once to himself, he nods lightly a moment: Yeah.. but I'm stuck between two of them at the moment. One is Dominions and the other would be Saraphim

Shariel: Well, all my friends want to join the Virtues later. Because they all want to be as close as possible to the beautiful Raphael-Sama....did you ever see the Windangel? Well, I want to join the Cherubim. I once saw a handsome Cherubim with silver hair and very beautiful wings.....maybe if I join the Cherubim, I'll see him again. But my problem is that I'm too dumb to join the Cherubim, I guess.....

Arjun: :thinking of all the angels he's seen lately he lightly nods a moment: Yeah.. I've seen him when I went to trail when I first got here, but things were so stir-crazy that day, I couldn't really pay mind to how beautiful anyone really was.

Shariel: Well, Raphael-Sama is handsome.....but...::she takes a look around to make sure nobody's listening, then she leans to you and speaks right into your ear:: <w>I've heard he's the worst sinner here in Atziluth....and that he'd take every girl possible....that's why all my friends want to join the Virtues as well....::she snickers::

Arjun: :snickering lightly for a moment as you did, he looked to you with a smile: Oh I don't bet on it.. there could be a few around here that have either thought of it, or tried it behind closed doors.. but don't take my word of this please.. I still sometimes think with the matter of what I know of and been through in Hell... I think I should go see Raphael-Sama to maybe see if he could help me ... um.. how should I say this.. 'clense' my body and mind of things from there.

Shariel: Raphael-Sama is the doctor here....maybe he could help you..but I'm not sure....Dominios or Seraphim, huh? So, you are anartist then and like houses....funny mixture....::smiles brightly at you::

Arjun: :smiling in return: I did alot of things in the other place.. I guess something is bound to stick even being here, but yeah I like houses.. and other things of old really. As for the Seraphim well I would say that's a wild card of sorts to try for.

Shariel: Do you know that you are a very nice person? I have not met an Angel lately that would have wasted his time with an Angel trainee....usually they stay with those who have allready passed the first exam....::her soft eyes look at you:: I always wanted to have a kind of "big brother" to talk to. I heard they are planning to give an Angel to each Trainee to watch over him or her and to help...but it's not decided yet.....

Arjun: :shrugging lightly for a moment: Well... I told the Council I believe that I would do anything to show that I am good and even if I go up in Choir or not.. I'll do anything possible even if I have to do the work of a common Angle .. even an Grigori to prove my worth.

Shariel: ::smiles:: the Grigori don't have bodies.......you have one....I really hope they'll give us helping Angels soon....I'll never pass my exam......::she looks away::

Arjun: :looking closer to you for a moment: Well.. I don't know if it would be right to do, but would you like me to maybe see if I can help some? I don't know what I could ask or that but what's got you so worried about passing the exam?

Shariel: Well, I really can't remember all those things....I try....but I fail each time.....we learned about the great war in our last lessons....and I can't remember anything....not why or how it started....::she looks at the book she had thrown earlier::

Arjun: :nodding lightly, but then becoming sad real fast in his tone:....oh...that.. yeah, the Great War. :he looks away and lowers his head to look at his hand behind him; pulling up a few sprigs of grass for a moment:

Shariel: What's wrong, Arjun-kun? ::she looks at you softly but with questioning eyes::

Arjun: :looking back to you with still the sad look in his eyes: Well... I was there during the war.. that's why I was in Hell for so long.. 'but' I was accused wrongly of what happened back then

Shariel: Oh....::she looks around, not knowing what to say but she feels sorry for making you look so sad. She puts her hand in the bag lying next to her and searches for something. She finally finds it and presents it to you:: Cookie...?

Arjun: :surprised suddenly with the cookie, he snickers and smiles: yeah.. sure. Thanks :he takes the cookie and holds onto it for a moment, laying it on his lap, and returning to look back at you: You want to ask anything.. go ahead.. I've been drilled enough for things I'm use to it by now.. I don't know why it even bothers me.

Shariel: Well, how did that war start and why? ::she looks at you with her soft innocent eyes::

Arjun: :with a light sigh, he thinks for a long moment, before looking to you: Okay.. in short.. before Rosiel-Sama was here.. there was a man by the name of Mundus.. follow so far?

Shariel: Yes.....::she looks at you with interest in her eyes. You can see that she is really listening carefully::

Arjun: Well.. when Rosiel-Sama came to be the rightful ruler Mundus was struck with Envy over this matter that He Himself took and gave it right to Rosiel-Sama. Mundus at that time rose up against this and begain the Great War.

Shariel: Okay....now I understand it.....in the books they always say it so strange....Hey, have you ever met Rosiel-Sama? ::she looks into your eyes::

Arjun: :moving back just a tad, he turns his head away as if he heard something but then looks back to you: ... yeah.. meet him too.. he's the one that brough me through the gates for the hearing from Assiah when I excaped Hell

Shariel: Really? Is he as beautiful as they all say? I have never seen him, but I heard so much about him! Oh, I wish I could have met him once! ::her face looks excited::

Arjun: :snickering: Yeah.. he's beautiful.. but I wouldn't try anything to even think of being at his side.. his helper would be quite upset with that matter in a heartbeat. I think.. now this is just my oppion mind you, but.. :leans closer to you for a moment and whispers in your ear: .. I think those two have done something. :sitting back up and acting normal again: I wouldn't be sure on it but who knows.

Shariel: WHAT! ::she then puts her hands over her mouth and looks around quickly if she drew some attention towards them:: <w> Really? you mean....they did commit a sin? ::she snickers with the innocence of a young girl::

Arjun: well.. it's only that of the mind and soon the body follows.. anyone is lyible for such a thing.. it don't matter if your an angel, demon or mortal man.. it's there. You can deny it if you like but sooner or later you'll think of it at least. Might not do anything but you'll at least think of doing it, and that's just as bad.

Shariel: ::she again whispers in your ear:: <w>Well, there are many angels here in Atziluth commiting that sin....in secret...and I once heard that one of the Seven Great even said to him, in his eyes, it's wrong to call it a sin when it is combined with love.....::she looks at you:: What do you think?

Arjun: :with a shyful snicker: well... I would think that if it's done out of love it wouldn't be that great of a sin but according to the teachings if it's not a planed matter and is given the right to happen.. and well a child is born from this act... those parents are killed and the kids go to Skid Row.

Shariel: Yes...Angels are created not born.....the I-children live in Shamin...their parents are killed....Often those kids have weird powers......Love is not a sin here, just the act of love is.....isn't that strange? :::she again whispers in your ear:: <w> There are many around here that say in some ways he, whose name should not be spoken out,  was right.....

Arjun: :looking questionably to you for a moment: Right about what? The difference between Love and the sin of Lust is that in Love you care for each other.. you are equil in giving each other what they need or wish of.. the Lust is when it's uncontrolled and forced upon the other within the two people.. then again in Hell.. it was done with well... more then one at a time sometimes. Even though I was never a part of these things I've seen it happen though. <yuck>

Shariel: Ugh.......this is terrible.....::again in your ear::<w> he was right about that it's unfair that all sins of the humans are forgiven and we are just punished.....that they are made to have physical love and we are not allowed to, but we have the same feelings. He, whose name shall not be spoken out, said it's unfair because we were first in line but HE loved them so much more....

Arjun: :nodding lightly: yeah... things arn't always what they're cracked up to be, and I know over the.. let me see if I remember the time... someone told me durning the trail.. um.. 7000 years just about in Hell I know for a fact His name was said in vain may times over... Hell I've said it a few times down there.. that was for sure.

Shariel: Do you know who he is, whose name shall not be spoken out? ::she looks at you with soft eyes:: I guess that happened after you had left Atziluth.....

Arjun: :thinking for a moment hard, he looked to you: Right now the only one that comes to mind is Christ himself but I could be wrong.. things are so different in Hell then what is here, but I would think through what I've studied so far it would have to be that of either God himself or that of Adam Kadamon ... :he whispered it softly to you as so no one would hear but you and him, hopefully:

Shariel: <w> No, his name.....::looks around:: is Lucifer......he wanted a rebellion against HIM to change those things....

Arjun: :hearing you say the very old name: Oh..... well.. duh... Well Lucifer isn't around any more.. James Dante runs the place now, and I think it's gonna be going through some heavy chages less his twin bother grabs the crown. Last thing I heard those two were making their own war over the fact that James didn't love Vergil any more and was with his slave Mullin now.

Shariel: He and Mundus are not the same person....Lucifer was sealed long after the War.....::she looks around carefully, hoping nobody heard her say the name::

Arjun: :shruging for a moment: well I don't even think anything will happen like him getting out less Vergil finds out where the seal is at.. I don't even know but I've heard stories. James could probably care less of anything to do about Hell itself at any rate. He spends more time on Assiah then anything else.

Shariel: Well, isn't that strange for the ruler of Hell? Shouldn't he take care of his Realm, like Rosiel-Sama does? ::she looks at you surprised::

Arjun: :not knowing what to say at the moment: Well... see.. I think the main problems with James is that he's half vampire and half demon now. He's had a human side and that's what is effecting his judgement on things. I don't know what has happened lately and don't really care now being that I'm home now.. I really don't want to go back either.. for any reason.

Shariel: Well, I just wondered.....::looks at the cookie still on your lap:: Don't you like the cookie? I made it by myself.....

Arjun: :looking to the cookie and then back to you: Oh.. yeah I like cookies.. just haven't had breakfast yet.. was gonna save it, if that's alright with you. :smiling warmly to you:.. you want to go grab something? Not sure on where :looking around a moment: but I would say you should know of somewhere good, right?

Shariel: Sure I know! In the Academy's dining hall. But.....::she stands up and grabs her bag::...you should better not sit with me there....You should go to the Angels and sit with them......

Arjun: :giving you an unknowing look for a moment as he takes the cookie into his hand and stand up as well: Why.. I mean it's just a dining hall isn't it? What would be wrong with eatting with you because you're not an Angel yet? Come on.. lets go and maybe we can eat outside or something then. :he walks off a few steps but then waits for you a moment:

Shariel: ::she follows you:: Well, maybe the other Angels will then think you are an idiot.....but if you don't care I would really love to sit in the hall with you and have some breakfast...::she smiles at you::

Arjun: :snobish nod of his head for a moment: Look.. I just got back into Atziluth after 7000 years.. I've come to not almost care what others might have to say less they might be that of one of the Great Seven or that of a Choir Leader. Angels are Angels in other wise.

Shariel: Then let's go there! ::she takes your hand and starts running towards a huge building, the main building of the Academy. The academy's garden is surrounded by the buildings of the academy. One of the Angels to live in, one for the Archangels and one for the Angel trainees, and of Course, the main building with classrooms, Dining hall and Offices::

Arjun: :running with you quickly, he looks at the building and keeps up with you in ease. Slowing down as they reach the Dinning hall, he keeps your hand in his a moment but then just looks to you for a moment: I have something to say before we get inside.. okay?

Shariel: Okay....::she looks up at you::

Arjun: :with a light shyful snicker: It's been a while since I've eatten in front of others to where I've had to use manners... :he lets go of your hand now and half turns away now, not wanting to go inside where everyone else is at:

Shariel: Well, I have seen the Angels after a party, drunk and completely insane...like pigs....you can't be that bad........now come on inside.....::she places her hand on your shoulder::

Arjun: :looking to you with a worried expression, he hides it the moment they make it fully inside. Looking around for a moment, he looks then to you: Let me follow behind you.. I don't know about this.. I feel kind of out of place still. Don't know if anyone has even heard of why or who I am with the trail and that.. you know..

Shariel: Don't be afraid, you are a student at the academy, that's all that they know....::she passes long lines of tables where many students are eating. Then she reaches the head of the room where a long table is standing, full of stuff needed for breakfast:: Here we are, take whatever you want....

Arjun: :nodding lightly to you, he picks up a tray and a few plates, then goes down the line of food loading up and then grabbing something to drink, looking everything over for a few moments but not saying anything even if he was wanting to question what it could be:

Shariel: ::she takes some bread, butter and two eggs on a plate, a glass of juice and waits for you to finish::

Arjun: :walking over to you after grabbing some juice and a large milk, he looks to you with wonderment: So.. where do you want to sit? :looks over the room a moment wondering just where everyone should really sit but he still didn't care:

Shariel: Do you see that sigh there? There we trainees belong...will you come with me?

Arjun: :looking to where you were pointing to and then to you: sure.. lets go. :he starts walking over to the area making sure that you were right at his side:

Shariel: ::she goes to one of the tables for the trainees that's empty and sits down:: So....I hope you'll like our food.....::she starts to eat:: Did anybody show you around yet?

Arjun: :sitting down right across from you, he starts to slowly dig in trying to watch how you were doing it and then following in sute: Well.. not really.. all I've really seen is the inside of the Great Hall.. where I'm staying at and the garden.. oh and Raziel-Kun's dolphens. Other then that I've been in my room studing for the exam. :he eats a bit and nearly choked for a moment but then gets better: Oh man.. I'm not use to such cleanness... this is gonna take a while. :lightly snickers:

Shariel: Well, the Academy's garden and the other gardens you then have already seen. This here is the main building, with library, offices, classrooms,dining hall and such things. The building were you live at is the home of the Angels, at the oppsite of the garden is the home of the Archangels, there you'll go to move in when you pass the exam. And at the oppsite of the main building is the home of the Angel trainees, where I do live....

Arjun: :nodding to what you had to say and explain to him, he smiles lightly, and looks away for a moment before looking back: .. I don't know if this might be out of place or not being that it does seem I'm a higher rank for say then you but could I maybe ask if you could show me around some time? I was gonna ask Raziel-Kun but I said something wrong to him the first day and well.. I don't think he likes me all too well any more.

Shariel: Sure I'll do! Well, I thought you'd ask one of the other Angels but sure I will do! ::she softly smiles at you::

Arjun: :looking shyly a moment: well.. outside you talking with you the only other two that I've really spoken to were that of Raziel-Kun, and well.. Zaphikel-Sama.

Shariel: I think you'll meet new friends here, soon....::continues to eat:: Do you like it?

Arjun: :still a bit slow at eatting the food, he takes a few bites here and there: Well.. it is better then what I've had so that's an improvement.

Shariel: I usually like the food they serve here....in fact...::she laughes:: I don't know anything else.....we have no parents like down in Assiah....we are raised in special houses and then send to the academy....

Arjun: :nodding: Down in Hell.. most of the time for the food you had to fight for the good slabs of meat, and then the good stuff was either raw, or at least free of well... things I won't talk about because you're eatting. :he smiles warmly for a moment and takes a forkful of his food to shut up about it then:

Shariel: ::she laughes:: You're telling nice things......but I like you....I hope you don't think I'm stupid or something....If I'm ever working on your nerves, tell me and I'll shut up!!

Arjun: :shaking his head lightly for a moment: oh.. never.. I have never thought of someone stupid or that. They could be a little slow on the up take of things at times but I never consider someone dumb or stupid. :looking then just over your right shoulder a moment and then to you: <w> I think some of the others might be gitting uneasy seeing me sit here with you. :shruging it off a moment he goes back to eatting:

Shariel: <w>They ask themselves why you lower yourself so much to sit here with a trainee. You are wearing the Academy's uniform of an Angel. I'm wearing the one of a trainee......::continues to eat::

Arjun: :looking to you and then around to the others slightly: <w> It's none of their 'stinking' biz... their not a Leader right...? So well.. who cares.

Shariel: If you don't care I don't either....to me it's an honor to eat with you.....

Arjun: :hearing your words, he smiles warmly then: Well then it's an honor to be here as well, and anyways.. you were asking for help with some questions I knew the answers to... right?

Shariel: right......and I thank you for helpin me.....I was lost in all the information in that book....::she smiles and finishes her breakfast:: Today we are lucky, there are no classes.....

Arjun: :finishing up all his food as well, even though he did leave some barly touched: Well, I think that for what I've been through and all.. and what I at least can help you with.. in time we should both be able to learn the ins and outs of this place. :he snickers lightly:

Shariel: Are we friends now, Arjun-kun? ::she looks at you::

Arjun: :thinking with a playfull smerk on his face: Yeah.. I would beleave so.. why not? Is there a law saying that we can't be? :laughing for a moment he looks to you warmly:

Shariel: No, there is not.......only some rules the older students have made....::she laughes at you::

Arjun: :nodding srcasticly for a moment: Bah.. that's nothing then. So what do you want to do now?

Shariel: Well, I could show you around a bit.....

Arjun: :standing up, and grabbing his tray to look for the trash or what to do with it, he looks to you for a moment: Alright.. lets go.

Shariel: Just leave the stuff here...we trainees will clean up later...::she jumps up and grabs her bag::

Arjun: :looking to you for a moment longer, he places the tray back down onto the table and then walks to the doorway waiting for you:
