Powers:
Being Sailor Prism, she is the Sailor Senshi of Light! She may also aquire shadow attacks in the future, as shadow is merely the absence of light. Prism Star Burst- Sparkles of light bursting to fill the surrounding area or whomever they are directed at; if the foe is powerful enough to survive, it will have a blinding effect.

Describe your character's personality: Selina is a real sweetheart, and known to be very polite. Raised in an upper class, aristocratic society, she still manages to maintain a high respect for others and their opinions, though she's a feared adversary in the debate club. She doesn't have any true close friends, but she is accompanied by many in school who respect and idolize her.

Describe your character's history, and where they currently live/with whom: She has come from a wealthy family, and has been raised with such all her life. However, she has been taught to depend on herself, and hardly ever sees her parents- they are very busy, as her father is a politician, and her mother a renowned jewel collecter. Currently living with her is her guardian, Radiance, a male white cat with golden yellow eyes, and a silver starburst mark on his forehead, who is the closest friend she has, as of current. Her home, being huge in size, also has a large indoor (as well as an outdoor) garden where she keeps many sorts of birds within large white cages.
