Character's appearance-
Hair: Omega has jet black hair cut in a bob along her chin line. Her bangs go just below her eyebrows. If she's feeling spicy, she'll don a black wig with ringlets that go to her shoulders. She'll normally wear this wig for clubbing.
Height: 5 feet tall
Skin tone: Deathly Pale
Eyes: Omega's eyes are a REALLY dark shade of purple. In fact, when she's in a dark room, they look black.
Normal Attire: Omega generally dresses in a "Romantic" goth style when she isn't in her school uniform. IE - corests, full victorian style skirts, poet blouses, etc. Also, Omega 'goth's' up her school uniform a bit by adding goth accesories.
Any extra notes on their appearance: Omega is a very VERY small girl, and many mistake her to be much younger than she really is (think MiniMay from GSC). She looks very dark and spooky, and moves in a very catlike manner. She has a distinctive scar from her hairline, over her left eye, to the middle of her cheek.

Character's Senshi Appearance-

The top is sleeveless with the standard collar. Her bow is actually a cravat (one of those poufy scarves worn in the victorian era) and it's attached to her fuku with her transformation brooch. The top of her fuku also has black buttons down the front. Her skirt is your typical skirt, but with a REALLY poufy black petticoat underneath. Her gloves are long and go about two inches past her elbows. Her boots go to just below her knees and are black PVC with three silver buckles on the front of each boot.

Items the Senshi posses:
Spirit Strings (weapon): these are strings that resemble strands of hair and are predominantly used to restrain enemies, help friends out of tough spots, and grappling. Omega pulls these strings out of two large, onyx bracelets on her wrists. However, these only work some of the time, and are not effective on restraining enemies that have massive physical strength.
Brooch- Her brooch is a circular black stone.

Powers:
Senshi of spirit-
she draws most of her powers from Pluto and the moons of Mars: Phobos and Deimos.

Spirit's Chill! - Whenever Sailor Omega yells this, a cold wind whips through the air at a group of enemies and freezes them dead in their tracks for about thirty seconds. This is useful, as it allows other senshi a window to attack with. This is a high-range attack and is able to affect an area within a fifty foot radius. This spell is works best on enemies with low mental stamina or poor self-esteem, as it affects the fighting spirit and preys on the fears of the target to freeze them.

*Devi Power-

Devil's Kiss - When she yells this, a spirit is summoned from another realm...an EVIL spirit, of course. ^~. The spirit goes to whomever the target is (this is a one person spell, IE, it only affects one person) and "kisses" them, thereby cursing them with temporary blindness and confusion. The blindness lowers their attack accuracy and the confusion may cause them to attack their own party members. This is a rather powerful attack and has a duration that lasts throughout the battle if not cured. However, it is a close range spell, and is not effective outside of twenty feet.

Describe your character's personality:
Omega is a very elegant girl with a black sense of humor. She is generally very quiet, but can be very outspoken if someone is attacking someone or something she cares about. She is easy to get along with, but many people fear her because of the way she dresses. Her true friends are very attached to her, and she is often like the baby of the group. She doesn't like to take the offensive, but is very good on the defense. Omega is interested in the arts and hopes to one day become a famous artist. Her reflexes are unnaturally quick (read in her history for more about this), and she is able to think very quickly. However, she doesn't have much physical strength and physical stamina.

Describe your character's history, and where they currently live/with whom:
Omega is (unbeknowst to her) a secret project of an organization called RexUS (a US based org) created Omega as an "ultimate weapon" of sorts. She is a specially engineered cyborg made in the 1960s (by a select team of US and Japanese engineers) to infiltrate communist Russia and take out its important people. However, the project was not completed in time, and was abandoned with the fall of Russian communism. After being in stasis for many years, she is awakened by some kind of earthquake (four years before the story takes place). When she wakes up, she is told that her family is dead, and she has 'amnesia'. She finds dogtags around her neck with her name (Omega) and serial number (12130000) and figures that it is her birthdate with the year blanked out. She starts a new life with a large amount of money given to her by the "government" and she uses this to pay for a ritzy apartment in downtown Tokyo and to attend Rosethorn Prep. During Omega's long sleep, the spirit of a warrior grew strong...and is awakened with the appearance of Sailor Devastation. Omega's programmed instructions to seek out and destroy for the good of the world get transferred from Russia to Sailor Devastation, and thus, the girlie has a mission. However, before her programing reacted to Devastation's evil intentions, Devastation had approched her and offered the Devi powers to make her stronger. Devastation proceeded to bestow her with these powers, but this triggered Omega's programming and she pulled away. Sailor Astral is still granted with Devi powers, indicating why her fuku is black. However, she restrains from using these powers unless the situation became desparate, as ever time she uses them, Devastation's call becomes stronger as she beckons the senshi to come to her side.

She lives by herself with her three cats: Jezebel (a black female American shorthair), Titus (an orange tabby male Manx), and Persephone (a white female Oriental shorthair)
