Ah, you want to be in on this nifty little conglomeration? Well, you're very welcome to join, as long as you show good potential in your writing skills. No, I'm not going to ask for a writing sample; I'll learn all I need to know about you form the basics of your Senshi (such as how creative their attacks are and such), and your character's background information. Do not worry if I reply to you saying there's something you need to work on before you can join- I will gladly tell you what any reasons I rejected your application were and help you improve, k?
Now, there are no almighty powerful characters, however, I know that it is sometimes important for a mysterious character to seem stronger then the norm, (such as Tuxedo Mask in the original SM series- he'd come in, save butts, and exit) if you have a character somewhat like that, please explain so at the beggining of your email. There won't be many characters like that, but a few to spice things up make it interesting, ne? ^_^Before you send in your Join form, two examples you may want to look at for the Sailor Senshi are Sailor Prism, or if you're making and evil character, Devi Sailor Sonar.
Oh yeah, if you have a character idea (especially bad guys) that doesn't fit with the normal set up, but would be awful cool to have as a part of this rpg, talk with me about it! I love others to participate in the plot creation!
