Character's appearance-
Hair: Frostbite has white hair that is cut in a standard bowl cut. It falls to just below his cheekbones and is slightly shaggy in cut.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 103lbs
Skin tone: pale
Eyes: Icy grayish blue

Normal Attire: When not in Devi minion or school attire, Richard can generally be seen in dark clothing. He generally wears dark sweaters with black slacks, with a black trenchcoat over this. He can almost always be seen wearing a pale blue scarf, no matter what the tempurature.
Any extra notes on their appearance: Richard is very small and frail (especially for a guy) and almost always appears to be rather tired. He wears small, silver, oval wire-framed glasses.

Items the Senshi possess:
Crystal Pendant - this is a very special item given to Frostbite by Devastation that allows him control over temperature without draining his energy too much.

Powers:
Frostbite has no specialized attacks, but has the ability to manipulate the temperature to below freezing in any given space. He also has the ability to freeze an enemy for approximately thirty seconds or so, but refrains from using this ability too much, as it tends to exhaust him. He also has powerful telekinetic abilities and can manipulate almost anything with his mind. However, though Devastation supplied him with a pendant to enhance his abilities without draining his energy, he still becomes exhausted if he uses his powers too much and will only use them if he knows they will be effective. He has no physical attack ability, but that hardly makes him defenseless when confronted, as his telekinesis is very deadly at close range.
Also, his telekinesis drains him less than actually moving around, so he will generally use it to fetch small objects and turn lights on and off...stuff like that ^^.

Describe your character's personality:
Richard is a very quiet, withdrawn boy. He doesn't generally like people and tries to avoid them at all costs. He is very cold and stoic and rarely shows any sign of emotion, even when in extreme pain. Richard doesn't like physical activity at all, as it exhausts him. Instead, he prefers to exercise his brain and can often be found with his nose buried in a book or playing the violin. An incident from his past caused him to lose trust in most everyone and always keeps a barrier between himself and others.

Describe your character's history, and where they currently live/with whom:
As a child, Richard was brought up by a very well-to-do family and exhibited amazing intelligence, so, when he was eight, his parents promptly signed him up for a program that promised to nurture his gift. He was very pleased to be in the program and was happy when he met so many others that he could relate to, becoming fast friends with all the children in the group. However, the program was actually an excuse to use children as guinea pigs in an attempt to create telekinetic abilities in people. Many of the children in Richard's group didn't survive, and he watched many of his friends waste away. He, however, was able to withstand the rigorous mental conditioning and drugs, but it did take its toll on his body, explaining why he is so weak physically. Richard spent eight years in the program, and developed rather formidable telekinesis and telepathic abilities.
His parents, after not hearing anything from him in six months became suspicious and quickly withdrew him from the program. The scientists, however, weren't satisfied with their star pupil being taken, and the head of the program hired people to get rid of Richard's parents.
Now, Richard was very intelligent, and...hid in the hamper to avoid being taken (lol), unconciously using his newfound mental abilities to kill the men who had killed his parents. After he took in what happened, he began to withdraw into himself rather than face the pain of losing first his friends, then his parents, and then taking the lives of others. Devastation found him only hours after it had happened and he quickly joined her, as she promised him great power and the opportinuty to avenge his parents' death. Now, his only reason for living is to get revenge on the people that wronged him and is pretty much a shell of a person. He will do pretty much whatever he is told and thinks nothing of himself or others, he is only focused on carrying out orders. He currently lives on Palace Drive, using the money from his parents' life insurance policy to pay for his luxurious lifestyle.
