This part of the guild/rpg will go along with the tv show. There will be sagas to fight in. For example: when I set a date and time for the Vegeta Saga(the one where Nappa and Vegeta come to earth), anyone can show up and help fight them off. The people that show up will go up in PL. How much they go up depends on how well they fight. The fighters that come will be listed below the sagas. The fighters will have their PL from the guild (unless the fighter isn't taken then I will give them stats).
