In the guild you can be appointed to do certain tasks. These are such as
All these jobs you get compensated for. The ones that not all members are get compensated more. Like the coleader will get more than anyone else but will have more objectives to do. All these the leader will appoint with much consideration of their abilities.

quest helper-help fellow members with quests
tournament organizer-create the tournament and decide wat the prizes are
smither-makes the guild armor and wat nots
miner-mines the needed materials needed for the guild
fisher-fishes the need fish for the guild
cook-cooks needed foods for the guild
crafter-makes need things that are crafted
archers-when guild battles another guild these help battle without getting damaged
warrior-all members are this unless appointed to archer or mage which do all hand to hand combat
mage-does magic like archer shoots arrows to help defend warriors
and thats about it for now.
