The dragon has often been associated with evil. In many legends, a dragon had the ability to wreak havoc upon a land and therefore had to be either propitiated by a human sacrifice, or killed; it was also often the guardian of a treasure or a maiden.This sword is a combination of steel cast and stained wood with a double edged stainless steel blade.
The pommel contains a mold of a fire breathing dragon that is more of a celebration of the fictitious beast rather than a condemnation of its representation.
