Out of Character Notice: The RSPD Facilities are heavily guarded at all times. At the front gate there are 2 guard booths, both of the guards being heavily armored and being equipped with Colt M4A1 Carbine Rifles. All unauthorized vehicles will be nuetralized, and then the occupants will be seized. After the guard booths are passed, there is a 2" Thick Steel Gate that slides away after and locks immediately after the vehicle passes through. If the electricity is cut, then building locks down and steel plates cover each and every door of the building and shuts down the air circulation system. Oxygen masks are avaliable in each room. Attacks on the HQ when nobody is in it are not accepted.
