Christine Daae- Beautiful singer at the Paris Opera, she goes to see Dr. Jekyll about her own strange malady, she does not know whom she loves. Erik, the mysterious phantom, or Raoul, her wealthy faince, also the vicomte de chagny.
Dr. Jekyll- Practitioner who has just moved from England to Paris, after the events of the book and movie 'Mary Reilly' (except, obviously, he didn't die in the end and Hyde's still around). He wants to help the young girl but is also dangerously intrigued by her swtories of Erik.
