ACTIVATION DATE: 21XX: December 14th
TYPE: Ex-Maverick Reploid. AI code derived from Dr. Light's original X Model coding. Own AI has adapted over use, which is what eventually caused Rail to turn against his Maverick tendancies and attempt to attone.
CURRENT PURPOSE: To attone for his sins in whatever way he can. ** NOTE ** Self Chosen Purpose.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Body: Armour has been all but destroyed. He is left with just his bare body practically, but his energy shielding is immense and his booster jets have been self modified, allowing him much greater manouverability and speed.
Weapons: Dual Rail Busters: Like Magenetic Accelleration cannons (AKA Rail Guns, hence Rail's name ). No charge ability, but they will cut through most enemies, and are quite damaging if aimed correctly. Accurate firing is rarely possible while moving however.Beam Saber: Just like Zero had, Rail Gunn has a beam saber. While using it, he cannot use both his Rail Busters however. But it is a most fearsome weapon in his hands.
Core Program: Base: Reploid AI by Dr. Cain based on Dr. Light's original X model coding. AI has since been adapted by Rail himself.

PERSONA: Rail Gunn used to be quite cold and unforgiving. He would battle for the mission and be totally focused. When he went Maverick, he went utterly insane, and murdered countless innocent people. Somehow, after apparently being destroyed, Rail woke up to find himself lost, alone and confused... He fought against the Maverick Programming, and at the same time recovered his memories of what he had done as a Maverick. Overcome with guilt and horror, Rail wiped most of his programming himself, rewriting it so he would NEVER harm another human, ever. In the process, he unlocked the secret to X's code unwittingly, and gained a full, hyper-advanced AI, which he had all but written himself.
HISTORY: No history file available. Apparently Rail was a soldier, but his records were utterly wiped. However, it is understood he went Maverick, and yet somehow avoided being caught up in the conflict between X and Sigma by a freak accident, and is now working solo to "attone for his sins"; his sins presumably being the murders he committed.
