Physical Appearance: Chiara has dark brown hair that falls a little past her shoulders and bright blue eyes. She'd be a real looker if she didn't work so hard to appear less. Her daily way of dressing if going out in public is buisness attire with her hair pulled back. Two things she can always be seen wearing are a pair of black leather gloves on her hands and a pair of thick framed black glasses.
Personality: Chiara has a very reserved manner she never lashes out at anyone and never acts up. This isn't saying that she doesn't think such thing but rather doesn't act upon this. She's also very careful not to touch anyone with her bare hands and for this reason alone people tend to think that she's very snobbish but such isn't the case.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Chiara's only human so she has the average weaknesses of those of her kind. She definatly couldn't hold her own against most things even humans. Considered by herself as both a strength and a weakness Chiara is able to touch things and people and see what has previously happend. However one of her greatest strengths is her knowledge she has regarding most anything preternatural. Chiara definatly wouldn't be a good person to make an enemy of because with her resources she could dig up anything on anyone and turn their lives upside down and inside out.
