THE OLD CHRONICLE Recap: The New Bane - the Haephodant, has been defeated at the source and the queen no longer able to produce the Royal Jelly which kept the Bane's loyal is no longer in production. Pentex has to now deal with the remaining Haephodants to protect their own ventures. The victory celebration brought the return of Moves-with-Moon. He was considered lost on the umbral surface of Mars before the meltdown occurred and unable to get into the physical (no space suit) but had mananged to escape via spirit bridge to the umbral hollow of the space ship. There he rode the 'wave' home and Mammoth made a moon bridge for him when he got close enough to Earth. His appearance in the Victory moot added to the celebration. Wine was drunk, Galliards sung songs and Lupus played in the moon light, until the Dawn of the new days light. The last session of the chronicle was done in fancy dress for a big laugh and here are the results. From left to Right - Apache (Pete) as Lu-Tsu, Raja as Moves-with-Moon, Jamie (costume less as he was a wuss!) Paul as Jean De Grace, Matrix (Richard) as Summer Fairbrook, Caz (John) as Knate Fischer, and Matt as Daemon Wright

THE LIVERPOOL CHRONICLE
It’s
Grim Down South A
Very Brief Timeline
By Aaron DB Player’s
Note:
I read this timeline, and despite playing in the game and having a great
time, this reads like fuck all has happened and it’s all been factual and dead
boring. Trust
me, it’s been ace.
This timeline is brief because it needed to be brief.
We’ve done so much, and had so many intricate loopholes, intense scenes
and mysterious plot hooks, that the timeline has to be reduced to something trim
and brief, just for the sake of brevity. So
this is the bare bones of what’s happened, without the thousand pages of
emotional stuff that made us act in these ways. Player
Character List (Deceased in Red): -
Aaron: Stefan -
Chris: Milos,
Andy -
Greg: Sion, Arnod,
Pavel, Victor -
Lee: Dai ·
First
Session - (PCs Present: Stefan, Milos, Sion) -
Stefan Hein, a German piano player and Philodox of the Silver Fangs arrives in
St. Albans by Moon Bridge.
He requests 48 hours hospitality at the Caern of Lost
Pups, before he is
due to travel to meet his wife-to-be in an arranged marriage. -
Sion Doyle, a travelling Irish Fianna Theurge, and his Kinfolk wife Rhona,
arrive in St. Albans and also request 48 hours hospitality.
They are seeking a new home. -
A local teenage self-defence instructor, Milos Lund, who is a suspected Lost
Pup, is abducted by the Black Spiral Dancers.
The Caern Leader, Johnathon Brimble, requests the aid of Stefan and Sion
in rescuing the boy from a local Bane Pit. -
At the pit (which is a run-down snooker bar), Sion scouts ahead and decides it
is too dangerous to undertake the rescue alone.
He returns to the Caern.
Stefan, separated from Sion, believes Sion has been killed, and storms
the Bane Pit, killing six fomori and freeing the prisoners, including Milos.
He sets fire to the building before fleeing. -
Milos, once returned to the Caern, is told of his Garou nature.
Stefan and Sion go to Milos’s Kinfolk sister’s home, to find the
inside of the house wrecked, and the Kin girl violently murdered.
They burn the house to the ground. -
In the Umbra, Milos experiences his First Change, goaded into a race with the
Caern members, Stefan and Sion included. ·
Second
Session - (PCs Present: Stefan, Milos, Sion) -
Stefan dreams of a huge gangster-looking man who names himself Pinstripe, and
stands in the wreckage of the Bane Pit that was burned to the ground. -
Brimble offers Sion and Stefan a place at the Caern, which they say will be
considered. -
Milos discovers, from another at the Caern, that Johnathon Brimble was waiting
for the Black Spiral Dancers to act and attempt to apprehend the boy, to see if
he would become Garou.
Milos challenges the Caern Leader, and is easily defeated.
Just before the challenge, Stefan suffers a seizure, having flashbacks of
Milos’ mutilated sister.
He tells the boy of his sister’s condition.
After the challenge, Milos flees the Caern, smashing through the wall of
the inn the werewolves sleep in.
The damage of the fight and the ‘escape though the wall’ mean that
the Caern’s main income, the Fighting Cocks Inn, has to be closed for a few
days. Stefan
and Sion bring Milos back a short while after he flees. -
Milos becomes locked in the Gauntlet while trying to Step Sideways.
Stefan and Sion request Father Wimbish’s aid in freeing him. -
For the boy’s Blooding, the Caern members travel to a nearby industrial estate
and move into the Umbra.
There, Milos fights his first enemies, and the Caern’s Garou destroy a
gigantic Wyrm-corrupted Weaver spider-spirit.
Soon after, as the Garou separate into smaller groups, Stefan kills
another fomor, before he, Sion and Milos are ambushed by a Black Spiral Dancer.
Stefan suffers grievous injuries in the battle, Milos loses the Wolf and
cannot shapechange, and Johnathon Brimble frightens the Wyrm-wolf away from the
crippled pack. With
Milos running naked and unable to shapeshift, screaming for help, and Stefan
crippled and unable to defend himself, Sion leaves them both, chasing the
fleeing Black Spiral Dancer. -
Sion is locked in the Gauntlet, but manages to free himself. -
Jean de Grace, one of the Caern’s Garou, meets Milos and Stefan, and helps
them form a spirit bridge back to the Caern’s boundaries. ·
Third
Session - (PCs Present: Stefan, Milos) -
The day following the Blooding, Stefan is healed by Father Wimbish, a member of
the Caern of Lost Pups, and Milos goes to meet Johnathon Brimble, who is due to
speak of the boy’s place at the Caern.
He refuses Milos a place at the Caern, and requests that the boy leave by
the end of the day.
-
Milos has a waking dream of the Black Spiral Dancers, tempting him to meet with
them. -
Stefan once again refuses a place at the Caern, on the grounds he must stay with
Milos and train him.
Stefan suggests to Milos that before they leave, it might be wise to seek
a way of making reparation to the Caern for all the disturbances caused.
They attempt to ask the Totem, Swan,
of her needs, but are met with
(currently) unachievable tasks to please her; Bring back love to the Caern, and
engineer a way for black swans to return to the region. -
Curious of Milos’ heritage, family and potential Tribe, Stefan asks Milos to
take him to the home of his parents, whom the boy rarely sees.
Once there, the two find the family dog crucified on the wall, and
another message for Milos to join the Black Spiral Dancers.
His parents are nowhere to be found.
As they prepare to leave, they are attacked by a creature of great power,
that assaults them with illusions and trickery.
They escape after a long, drawn out confrontation where they are attacked
by images of their deceased loved-ones and walls of flesh. -
In the escape, Milos is critically injured in a fight with a Bane, and Stefan
carries him back to the Caern for healing.
Brimble is unimpressed that the boy is back once more, but assents to the
need for healing. -
Stefan and Jean de Grace leave for Dover and the Caern
of the Falcon, where the
Silver Fangs hold a private Caern.
It is here that Stefan is to meet his arranged wife-to-be.
-
Followed by a white van, Stefan and de Grace halt their journey and kill the two
fomori that were tailing them.
The van is full of eavesdropping equipment. -
Arnod, a Romanian Shadow Lord Theurge, arrives at the Sept of the Falcon.
He is travelling to create unity between all the Tribes, but receives a
cold welcome from the all-Silver Fang inhabitants of the Caern. -
De Grace and Stefan arrive, and it is revealed that Stefan’s and Arnod’s
greatest ancestors were packmates many, many decades past.
They meet the Caern Leader, who is distraught at hearing some unrelated
news regarding murdered Kin. -
Stefan meets Rosanna Testini, his wife-to-be, a proud and difficult young lady
who is the last Kinfolk tie to the fallen House Conquering Claw.
She is unimpressed with her quiet husband-to-be, and his dreadlocked
hair. -
Upon arranging to leave, Stefan asks Rosanna to accompany him on a short visit
to the Caern of Lost Pups.
She ‘acquires’ one of the Sept’s cars and begins to drive there.
Arnod elects to travel alone, by train.
Stefan halts the journey, ordering Rosanna to turn back, fearing to take
her from her home without an honour guard.
Jean de Grace catches up to them and returns Rosanna. -
Arnod goes to the docks, looking for a fight.
He meets a creature there that attacks him and kills him within seconds
upon realising he is a werewolf. -
Stefan returns to the Sept of the Falcon, only to be denied entrance.
He returns to St. Albans and the Caern of Lost Pups by train, only to
find that Arnod is not present.
Arnod’s cousin, Pavel the Crow, goes to St. Albans, finds Arnod’s
dismembered body and the family Klaive, Thunder-Star, and is rebuffed by the
Silver Fangs at Dover.
He also goes to the Caern of Lost Pups, after discovering Arnod’s
companion was headed there. -
Stefan demands Arnod’s Klaive, as it was the blade that saved his ancestor’s
life many times.
Johnathon Brimble tells Stefan to wait until he acquires more renown.
The Klaive is left at the Grave of Hallowed Heroes, at the Caern of Lost
Pups. ·
Fifth
Session - (PCs Present: Stefan, Milos) -
The Umbral shield surrounding the Caern of Lost Pups is ready to fall and be
recharged, so a Moot is held.
Stefan takes Thunder-Star to the centre of the Caern to prevent it from
being stolen, putting it in the ground next to the Totem’s manifestation.
Stefan undergoes a Rite of Accomplishment for Honour. -
The Inner Five conduct a ritual to recharge the shield, and as the Caern’s
protection is down for a short time, the Garou take positions to defend the holy
site. Stefan,
Milos, Father Wimbish and a Ragabash called Lee Holden are together on one side
of the Caern. -
The battle is bitter and closely fought.
A Wyrm army consisting of many hundreds of fomori and Banes swarm the
Garou’s pitiful defences.
Joe Langston, a Garou of the Sept defending the Caern in the physical
realm, is slain.
Milos, in the Umbra, is also slain.
Almost every survivor suffers grievous injuries, but the shield is raised
once more and the Wyrmlings retreat. -
Stefan witnesses Milos’s last words.
The boy’s last words speak of how Stefan was like a brother to him, and
he thanks the Silver Fang for saving his life so many times.
Afterwards, Stefan cuts his dreadlocks off with a jagged fomori blade and
lays them by Milos’ corpse. -
Stefan receives a letter from Rosanna, detailing the legends of several lost
fetishes of House Conquering Claw.
He vows to track one down. ·
Sixth
Session - (PCs Present: Stefan, Andy, Vic) -
Stefan leaves the Caern of Lost Pups, leaving a note for Johnathon Brimble.
He agrees to take Father Wimbish with him on his journeys, and arranges
to meet later at the Caern of the Sea Bird.
Stefan feels remorse over the deaths of Arnod and Milos, believing he
could have prevented them, and takes the name Sorrowbringer as a deed name.
He travels on foot across England and Wales to the Caern of the Sea Bird,
because he has never seen the sea before. -
Victor ‘The Wolf’, an English gangster, has set up his business in the city
of Swansea. He
takes a pup he found, a chip-shop worker of Oriental descent, to the closest
Caern, which is the Caern of the Sea
Bird.
On the way there, they see an ominous portent: in the spirit world, a
rabbit-spirit has the symptoms of myxie. Once they arrive, the Garou of the
Caern (who are unused to new company) immediately offer them ranked positions at
the Caern. -
The Caern of the Sea Bird is dangerously undermanned and close to honourless.
The Garou there are in various degrees of ill repute.
They are guarded at Stefan’s arrival, due to his Tribe and honourable
titles. -
Tours of the island are conducted, revealing a strange stone circle akin to
Stonehenge. The
pup, Andy, becomes locked in the Gauntlet for two hours.
Stefan summons Father Wimbish from the Caern of Lost pups to free the
boy, which presents a variety of problems.
The Father refused to mate with a Kin on the island, and is unwelcome
there, in addition to having to return soon for the burial of Milos and Joe
Langston. -
Stefan undergoes a Rite of Accomplishment for Glory. -
The Head Theurge, Laura
West, performs the Rite of the Totem on Stefan, Andy and
Vic. It
fails miserably, as Andy and Vic howl very weakly, and Laura is an unskilled
Theurge. -
Vic cannot leave his business in Swansea permanently, but agrees to return to
the Caern frequently.
Andy returns to Swansea with him, to retrieve his possessions.
He intends to dwell on the island, as does Stefan.
-
Stefan is awoken by Laura West, the Head Theurge of the Caern of the Sea Bird,
at around midnight.
She tells him that a kin-fetch spirit came to the Caern and told of a boy
on the mainland who had undergone a First Change. -
They take the island’s boat the mainland, where they find the boy, Dai,
washing blood off himself in a barn.
He had been involved in a car crash, and had Changed, killing the people
in the other car when they taunted him. -
They convince the boy to accompany them to the island.
Laura handles the situation very awkwardly, failing to comfort the
panicked Pup, and having no real idea of how to get back to the island.
Her clothes are not totally bound to her, and, naked from the waist down,
she reveals herself several times by accident on the way across the water, as
she and Stefan push the boat out to sea. -
Once there, the Litany and Garou culture is briefly explained to Dai by Father
Wimbish and Nikki
Davies.
Stefan upsets Laura by trying to explain how badly she handled the
situation. -
The next morning, Nikki refuses Stefan’s request to spar.
She suggests he seek out Claws Cause, the Caern Guardian.
Laura and Dai witness the fight, where Stefan beats the Ahroun in two
heartbeats, pinning her and locking her throat in his jaws.
Laura is impressed.
Dai is not, and sees the wolfish ‘mock-challenge’ as pointless. -
The Blooding of Andy and Dai is discussed, and suggestions arise that it should
be done at the Caern of Lost Pups.
Father Wimbish returns to St. Albans, for the funeral of Joe Langston and
Milos Lund.

THE NEW CHRONICLE
'''finding honor where there was none A Very Brief Timeline By Paul Bode
Player
Character List (Deceased in Red): - Pete (Apache): Brynden, Scapegoat - Cazlin: Nick - Jamie: Chad - Raja: 'Nunwansha' or 'Fera', Drinks-at-the-Fall - Matt: Louis - Richard: Roderick Ledger (Nitro)
First
Session - (PCs Present: Pete, Caz, Jamie, Raja) - A twisted dog like Garou (named Nunwansha or Fera by the Get) waits for cleansing outside of the Get-of-Fenris Caern of the Flying Death, he avoids Chad a Children of Gaia, despite attempts to make friendship, who also waits outside for cleansing. They have requested 48 hours hospitality, and await permission to be allowed in to Caern. There is talk about culling Nunwansha as he may be a Metis. - Nick, a pup recently recovered by the Get, awaits his chance to escape their brutal Blooding ceremony, which he think he will not survive. - Brynden, a Silver Fang from a fallen house, has been ordered by the Sept of the Falcon, to join the Glasswalkers in London as a new recruit. He knows it is a hidden Caern, and that they loathe outsiders, and thinks his honor is in jeopardy as he cannot succeed in this task. - Nick bides his time to speak to Ian Henrys who he thinks can help him escape from the Get, and is unhappy with the bullying of Nunwansha but fears offering him help. After a savage attack on Nunwansha, which has his leg been offered as a tribute to a Caern spirit, Chad and Brynden help the nearly dead Garou out of sight of his tormentors. With Ian Henrys conditional help they decide to flee as a group in the early morning. Henrys tells them that local Caerns cannot support new Garou, because of the Totems weakening state so close to the Apocalypse. They decide to take Nunwansha to Caern of the Sea Bird as no-one else is likely to have him. - On their Journey, Henrys leaves for France to fulfill his Silent Striders duty. At arrival at St. Davids Head they locate the Caern in the Umbra on an island, and try to get to the Caern by boat, after Henrys warning about using spirit bridges near the Caern Totem. The crippled Nunwansha nearly drowns as the boat overturns in the rough sea. - The group unwilling to use howls so far from the Caern, decide to re-think the plan back on land.
Second
Session - (PCs Present: Matt, Caz, Jamie, Raja) - Louis, a Silent Strider fresh from his Rite of Passage seeks for a Caern to join in England, his inexperience of spirit bridges caused him to enter a Bane pit, and fleeing from the pit, is being hunted by a savage Black Spiral. Standing little chance against his experienced pursuer he decides to seek shelter at a Caern. - The group (in the Umbra) rethink their plan to cross the Ramsey Sound to the Island, when a spirit bridge is seen nearby. The group go to investigate, but before they uncover what made the bridge, a second longer one is seen. The second one shatters making an umbra quake, soon after they are attacked by a vicious Black Spiral. Louis seeing his chance joins in the assault to kill his purser. - The spiral is too strong so they withdraw to the physical and flee. Injured horrifically in the fight Nunwansha is facially scared by Bale Fire. Stepping sideways again so the BSD loses their track they seek shelter in a Canoe storage shed. When they think their purser is gone, Louis and Nick take a canoe and try again to cross the Ramsey Sound. - Nunwansha lying close to death, sees a black dog spirit, while Chad using his limited medical knowledge tends him. Chad ponders the meaning of the Mixamatosis rabbit spirit they had seen. - Failing to cross the rough seas with no experience of boats before, Louis and Nick get rescued by a fisherman who reluctantly puts them on Ramsey Island where they have a awkward first encounter with the Caerns Garou. - Nunwansha and Chad are rescued and are taken to the safety of the Isle. Nikki Davies, the Caern Leader is unhappy with having a tainted Garou near the Caern, more so as she thinks he is Metis. Exhausted the group has their first night at the Isle, Nunwansha has a dream like encounter of the Apocalypse and wakes up outside of the area he is told to remain. When hearing of this, Nikki calls a meeting. Third
Session
- (PCs Present: Rich, Caz, Jamie, Raja) - Nicky called the group (bar Nunwansha) and makes an apology for the way she had acted, and introduces the group to the rest of the Caern officially. After introductions she dismisses the Caern staff from the living room to discuss with the group. Initially Chad does all the talking, an agreement is reached and Nicky offers a Caern position for group members on the following conditions. 1 - A Klaive is recovered for the Caern to bring much needed honor to the site. 2 - The arrival (or training) of a capable to support the Caern if it was of a greater size. Both Caern Theurges presently struggled to upkeep the place, and ha problems dealing with the aggressive war spirit. 3 - The unification of the group in an active pack to work for and support the Caern of the Seabird. Lastly Nicky also asked for an escort (or the cover for Caern Garou to be her escort) so she could visit the Grand Moot of 2004. Nicky mentions her distrust and dislike of the tainted Metis Nunwansha. Afterwards, the group try to force Nunwansha into a Rite of Cleansing, he refuses and Nick is forced to slay him. - The group accepts this and begins there search in America for a Klaive. The Silent Strider 'Louis' is given a special task by Nicky and bids a farewell to the group. Nick and Brynden arrange a Moonbridge from the Seabird to the Sept of the White Water in Niagara. On arrival they are greeted by an Uktena Lupus, who arranges a meeting with Robert Kinsolver and two new Garou. - Roderick Ledger is a unwilling Garou who is struggling to let go off his human side. The Glasswalkers accepted him into their tribe, as few others would have him. He seeks temporary rest at Sept of the White Water, and is looking for someone who is more normal than 'wolfy'! When meeting new people he quickly establishes that he prefers to be known as Nitro. In his two day rest in his bad luck of looking for someone less 'wolfy' has been latched with a female lupus with black fur. - Nick and Brynden introduce themselves to the Glasswalker and the Lupus, and they discover from the stammering Kinsolver the latest news in America. Lord Albrecht has united the American tribes bar the Fianna and the Silent Striders who they have struggled to contact. He plans to come to the Great Britain Moot and challenge the Islands Kingship and unite the tribes between the nations. What is more, the Pentex board of governors have disappeared and the Wyrm company is falling on hard times, with some smaller branches being closed down. However the Wyrm is growing stronger and many spirits have been destroyed or converted. Kinsolver expects an invasion into Europe to fractionalise and weaken the Garou there. Albrecht has ordered all Garou to form combat ready packs, who have not already done so. The end days are not far away. - Uncertain for good or evil the four decide to ask Kinsolver to perform the Rite of the Totem. Fourth
Session
- (PCs Present: Rich, Pete, Jamie, Raja) - The group briefly visits the viewing platform in the Umbra, and joy at the marvel of the emotions and colour that the Umbra brings this area. A Moon bridge opens up, but something is wrong, as the bridge is flecked with fire, a single Garou badly injured crashes into the River. Chad undergoes a dramatic rescue to save the injured Garou. Unconscious he remains in his Crinos, allowing all to realise he is in fact a Metis. The new Metis is called Scapegoat, as he is always blamed for everything. He is nearly killed by the Caern leader but the Lupus leader is calmed down by Robert Kinsolver. Scapegoat explains that his Caern has fallen, in Egypt, they were assaulted by a strong pack of Spirals, which overcame the Caern's defenses. The leader of the Spirals was a mighty Female called Zhyzhak. She had cleaved Scapegoats leader 'Omar One Leap' in a single blow. Disheartened the group agree to undergo a Rite of Totem. However Kinsolver will not pack with a Metis, and although he performs the Rite, the rite fails, and no spirits offer their support. The pack sees this as a dark omen. Nitro suggests that they were not in a an appropriate place, so he leads them to the Sept of the Green to seek aid from the Bone gnawers. The Caern is difficult to locate, and they bring the attention of a group of thrashers. In a combative withdraw they fall back into the Caerns defenses and the Thrashers withdraw. They are greeted by a Glasswalker in smart dress, and the group seem a bit surprised to see him in a Bone Gnawer Caern. Fifth
Session
- (PCs Present: Rich, Pete, Jamie, Raja, Matt) - After a brief introduction by Simon Gentle, a Glasswalker Philodox, who explains the Caerns rules, the group explore Central Park. Chad awed by the sheer size of the park, attempts to talk with some of the local spirits, Scapegoat gives thought to his story to tell at the Great Oak as part of their Chiminage for their stay. The group meets a few residents including a Garou chained to a Stone of Scorn. They encounter a unwholesome Bonegnawer called 'Pecka' at the Bethesda Fountain, one of the Caern's hearts, and also Louis who has been to Africa on Nicky's request looking for a Silent Strider called Heifel. The group is offered food from the 'Moldy Grail', a fetish bin of replenishment, some eat, but others are repulsed by the Gnawers habits. Drinks-at-the-Fall devours a slug spirit he finds in the bin, without making the proper apologies and as such the spirit does not reform in the Umbra. Chad knows this is gravely wrong but no one listens to him. They also encounter a Shadow Lord, who briefly seems to show a curiosity about the new visitors. When he leaves the group splits up. Louis, Scapegoat and Chad go to visit Cleopatra's Needle to confer with the Silent Striders there. They watch the Silent Striders perform a rite, one of them is observed disappearing into the Dark Umbra. Louis challenges Heifel for a rite, and Heifel asks that Louis had to be given 20 pound sterling by a Bone Gnawer to acquire the rite. Undaunted and with a plan the three Garou go back to the Physical and into the city to a bank. They awaken a Great Weaver spirit when they return back in the blighted Cityscape of New York. As they re-enter the Caern the trio are arrested by Get and brought to Caern Heart. Nitro goes to visit the Glasswalkers on Millionaires Mile and meets Calcutta, one of the Glasswalkers in an active war against the city vampires. Nitro requests Rite of the Moot. He sets Nitro a task. On his return to the Heart of the Caern Nitro is arrested and handcuffed with silver. Drinks-at-the-Fall goes looking for Great White Mouse, and follows a spirit trail to the water side of the Bethesda Fountain, the home of Mera the totem water spirit. DATF asks Pecka if it is allowed to go into the water, but he is evasive on the subject, and watches DATF as he investigates. When he enters the water, the fountain begins to dry up feeling he has done something wrong he runs. He does not get far as the Caern Warder hunts him down, and his unconscious body is brought back to the scene of the crime. The group confused are shown that the Caern totem has been offended, the group are blamed for bringing the wayward pup to the Caern, and are accused of the biggest breach of the Litany. Ye Shall Take No Action that Violates a Caern. The group furious at DATF are watched over by Fianna guards awaiting their trial, until the Caern is strengthened. DATF notices the Shadow Lord with a smug smile, but now no one will listen to him. Heifel speaks in French to Louis and explains that something has happened in the Dark Umbra and that the dead are no longer going there and are returning as undead. He offers to help them escape if they would go with him to try and solve this problem, but they refuse as running would make them appear guilty. The Caern undergoes a Rite of the Moot in attempt to return the totem, or at best strengthen Great White Mouse now that one of the totems has withdrawn support. During the rite the Caern comes under assault, and the prisoners are released in aid to help defend the Caern. The team fight well against a Formori raiding party, but concern grows when a armored Psychomachiae joins the fight. Louis and Nitro fight valiantly, but the Wyrm beast is too much for the team so they retreat. It pursues but is intercepted by one of the Caerns Ahrouns.
Fifth
Session
- (PCs Present: Rich, Caz, Pete, Jamie, Raja, Matt) - Still exhausted and weary from the fight the group gathered their defences but alas it seemed to late as the minions of the Wyrm were also attacked by the Weaver city spirits. The weaver was noticeably more hostile than before and attacked indiscriminately both Gaian and Wyrmling. The Caern could not take any more abuse, and the group decided all was lost...they fled. Chad was the only one who lingered, preferring to die in defence of a Caern, however his pack loyalty made him follow the group decision. - Nick and Nitro fled into the Digital Realm - Drinks-at-the-Fall fled on a spirit bridge, hotly pursued by a Bane. - Louis and Chad fled into the Deep Umbra appearing in a gnarled leafless forest. - Scapegoat heroic in his action fought his way into the belly of a Thunderwyrm and as the beast fled to avoid the spirals on board he lept out and became buried in the soil. Regaining consciousness he pulled himself to the surface, struggling to breath. He was
